We’re originally from this area so this is convenient to family, restaurants & shopping when we visit. This was a repeat stay and we’ll likely return on future visits.

1) refrigerator was somewhat noisy making it a bit difficult to fall asleep. 2) regarding the tv service …. difficult to find something to watch as guide often didn’t match what was airing and remote didn’t always “connect”. Would prefer cable instead of over the air service.

An affordable motel in great condition, very clean & comfortable. Conveniences includes microwave & refrigerator/freezer. Great location on route 2/7 plus gas station with food open till 11pm is right next to it.

Not their fault -- it is the season of dandelion & other seeds floating all over outside. All of the Albany area has this.

Microtel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was at an excellent location.

Due to the circumstance that my family was there, we weren't expecting to be there more than 1 month, but unfortunately our stay ended up being extended and I was told on week 3 that we couldn't be there longer than 28days. I expressed that there should be a notice up somewhere or on their website so that customers know that. I had to find another motel for my family and my 95yr old aunt with dementia to stay until we were able to get back in our home.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The bed in our room was VERY comfortable. Water pressure of the shower was great. Liked the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom.

Could have had more warm items for break eg. waffles, sausage Wish more bathroom had a couple of extra towels Rugs in the hallway stairs needed cleaning. instructions on tv use would have been helpful.

Breakfast was fair coverage people down there at breakfast time on Sunday were too loud so I just ate my room with my dog. The location was great off of 87 it was near shopping centers it was near eating places I would definitely come back again

Breakfast was nice, a quick bite before getting back on the road. The location is excellent. We stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Albany.

It was a little noisy. I think our room was near the laundry service and it sounded like the dryer was going at 10 o'clock at night. Also the signal went out on the tv which lasted for I think 15 minutes( I didn't time it to be certain it was just annoying because I had nothing with me to occupy the time)

Great location, clean and comfortable. Towels were soft and bed was comfortable.

Shady people outside, a bit noisy in the evenings. Television didn’t always work properly.

Was easy, worked with me to get booked, was clean for the most part, and seemed secure. Also since I got up later they did seem to leave the breakfast bar open for 30 min or so longer

Was a minor stain on sheet and no mini fridge for my drinks. Though they did have a ice machine.

Overall, pretty clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was polite, and friendly.

Breakfast doesn't start til' 0600hrs. Already at work at this time.

Our flight into ALB was a late night arrival, we just need a place to stay until the next day morning. and this hotel met our expectation.

hotel does not have shuttle bus from airport. we took a taxi, and was paid $40 from airport to the hotel for a less than 4 mile distance.
