Minutes from airport, shuttle at 4 AM was prompt and friendly, comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff.

The room was comfortable. Bed was very large and comfortable

Cleanliness could be improved. The room was adequately clean but the hallways and especially the stairways were not very clean Location is not great unless you have to be near the airport. Otherwise you are kind of far from restaurants and amenities

Breakfast included was advertised in the reservation yet was only a paper bag with juice/water bottle/ muffin (processed food) and a multi grain bar. Signs indicated to ask for it at the front desk. Very unusual experience!

The room was very clean and neat and the office manager was very helpful and kind.

As compared to other motels that I have stayed at, I felt the breakfast was very poor. The coffee was weak. To eat, you had a choice of 3 types of cereal, muffins or french toast. No eggs, sausages, bacon, toast, fresh fruit or orange juice which are staples at other motels.

Perfect location for anyone leaving from Albany airport, as the property is close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 4 am, which is great for people taking early morning flights. Would stay again.

There are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, or in the hotel, so plan to eat before your arrival if you have already returned your hire car at the airport. Otherwise, no complaints.

The proximity to the airport and availability of the airport shuttle was very convenient. The staff was INCREDIBLY courteous and helpful in every aspect of getting us to and from the airfield on time.

The facility is a bit older and somewhat frayed around the edges, but it was very clean and comfortable nonetheless.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. I called for the shuttle from the airport and was picked up immediately. I was granted a late checkout without even asking when I mentioned my flight didn’t leave until the afternoon. And I was allowed to use the commercial laundry facilities when the guest laundry was unavailable. Room was clean and comfortable and you even get a welcome snack and water on arrival. Much more than I expected for an airport hotel.

My toilet seat was broken and completely unusable but no maintenance person was working that could fix it. The public restroom in the hall was clean but a long walk from my room.

Breakfast horrible- all sugar. Why not plain!!! Yogurt. No REAL eggs but of course very generous with the candy sugary pre fab treats. If you care about your health? Toxic! Your hotel is a 2 star hotel = to Stuart Market chain and should cost 100 dollars tax included

convenient and accommodating staff, pet friendly

carpeted room in pet friendly room. too many past dog smells for dog to relax. no odor for us humans so that was a plus. no carpet would also make it easier for staff to clean. the room was very clean and my pet did not have issues. this is just an observation for future renovations for consideration.

Great.value. if you need to be at the airport early the next day, this is a great option
