Good location and good restaurant and reasonable price

Wish they had a kettle and coffee machine in the room. For that reason I wouldn’t stay there again

I loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind. The restaurant and bar also had a fun energy.

I didn't like that the hotel is not well insulated so it wasn't pleasant waking up to hearing another guests full conversation and often could hear coughing / sneezing. It felt like they were in the room with me. The staff were very kind to change my room to a more quiet area, but I think the age of the building just means the hotel is not a quiet one.

Great location got everything in this area. Super comfy bed Room was small but had all the elements GREAT restaurants on ground and top floors, food was very good, spanish influence with good sized portions. Rooftop restaurant had a great vibe and views over Manhattan Staff were extremely pleasant, especially in the restaurants and the bellmen.

This hotel seemed to rely heavily on event guests. The bedroom lighting was” ambient” which meant not possible to do make-up pre event, the bathroom had good lighting but an “antiqued” mirror, which also meant it was impossible to do pre- event make-up. Lit Magnifying mirrors would be a great addition, especially for event guests.( i did ask, but there were ‘nt any)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Whythe. This was by far my favorite accommodation in New York. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The room was immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I would choose Whyte again in a heartbeat next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended!

If you're sensitive to noise, it might be a bit challenging. However, it didn’t detract from my overall experience!

Right off the bat the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with checking in and answering any questions we had. Albeit personal pref, I thought the design and layout of the hotel was really pleasant and cool and welcoming. The room we had was the perfect size for a couple visiting the city for a few days. The amenities were fantastic. The hotel is in a fantastic location for visiting Brooklyn whilst still being close to ferry ports for quick access to the island. When we asked the front desk for recommendations they were happy to oblige. I was even stopped when someone at front desk saw me in my running kit and they made sure I had a route in mind - if not I could take their planned running route of Williamsburg, which was printed on a post card. All in all the Wythe was the perfect hotel for us.

Boutique Hotel charm at its best! Great setting, style and attention to detail. Super nice staff at door, check in, bar and breakfast. The rooftop bar is easy with good drinks and great views, including an open terrace. Breakfast was delicious. We travelled with 2 teenagers and had two Brooklyn rooms (huge rooms with super comfy beds) on the 4th floor with almost perfect view towards the Manhattan skyline. North Williamsburg is classic hipster - and a nice add-on to the NY experience after 4 days in Midtown Manhattan. Staff was super nice and let us store our luggage for the day 1 week after our stay at the hotel, when we were on our way back home and spent a last day in Brooklyn before heading to JFK!!

Quite everything. The room was beautiful, clean and big enough, with an incredible view directly to Manhattan skyline, so we could take showers watching the Empire State Building, just incredible! The staff was really nice, they also paid attention to my gluten intolerance. The hotel is in a great neighbourhood in Brooklyn (North Williamsburg) and it was really nice exploring the area on foot, too.

Just a few things to mention: of course, it is not the cheapest solution people can find, but taking into account all the services and amenities, the price is absolutely justified. Last, in the room the heating/cooling system was working autonomously and sometimes it started at night while we were sleeping, so it was a little annoying, but I am sure that if we had approached the staff they would have programmed the system differently and eliminated the discomfort.

The hotel was great and the staff was amazing. We had a Manhattan view and it was so worth it! So beautiful to watch the city derring the day and night. We ate breakfast at Le Crocodile it was very good and very convenient located in the hotel We also had drinks at the bar which was very nice. The room size was big and we loved the two lounge chairs in our room which we turned around to face the window and enjoy our wonderful view.

The elevator is a little noisy we could hear it all day and night in our room. Also there was a party in the bar and our room was right above it. The bar next door plays really loud music on Saturday night. Just something to be aware of. Having a pair of earplugs is a good idea if you need to get rest earlier. This is a little picky, but I wish the blinds were electric. Also there are no drawers or shelving to unload your clothes, so you kinda live out of your luggage on the floor. There is a closet for hanging.

The view from the room was amazing and mesmerising, the floor to ceiling windows gave you full view of the beautiful manhattan skyline. Loved the concrete heated floors and exposed brick wall, also the window in the shower so you can see the view was also a nice touch. The bed was huge and so comfy that I didn't want to get out of it. Loved that there was a coat rack and place to put your shoes, also the perfect spot to place your suitcase and hang clothing items. This was great because it helped keep the space clutter free even though the room was massive. Oh and the robes were so cosy!!

Just two small things which didn't affect my beautiful stay. The decor needed a little bit more character just for a homely touch in the space. The fridge was a little bit noisy at times.

Hotel staff! They were all amazing - nice, cheerful and helpful. Especially Jack. The room was also very nice - nicely decorated and clean. There was a clean and pretty bathroom and a comfy bed. The hotel itself was also pretty neat and nice looking, with a nice restaurant and a bar with a great view. The neighborhood was also great with close vicinity to the ferry.

In the room there was no light in the corner where the table was. Thin walls between the rooms.
