This hotel had a great size room with lots of places to put stuff down/away. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was close to shopping and Niagara Falls without being in a noisy (and somewhat scary) touristy side of town.

The luggage carts were small and had no places to hang items from. There is no parking that is covered and sheltered from windy rain to load/unload upon arrival/departure. The manager and staff had a loud argument during the breakfast service at the check out desk which was audible through the whole lobby and breakfast area.

We came for a Buffalo Bills game. Upon check in we were greeted by the friendly staff, offered snacks and water bottles! Breakfast in the morning was amazing with a lot of choices! The staff was also super accommodating with extra pillows! Beds were comfy and there is a ton of storage in the room, as we were a family of 5!! Everything was perfect, location of the hotel to the stadium was convenient. There are a ton of places to eat and shop right around the hotel! Best stay we’ve had!

Nothing was bad so I’ll say only thing that could have made it better was a hot tub!

The staff always surprises me! They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The taste just gets better every time we go. They have free coffee and water all day at the lobby. This is one of the best gester that many hotels miss. The rooms have everything you need. They have taken care of our every need.

There is nothing i dont like about my stay at Home2Suites. It's always comfortable. I only miss fan as sometimes vent air is not enough for the entire room ad you can feel a bit hot at night.

If you are looking to stay with family on superb location then you dont need to look anywhere else in Buffalo. Just book this hotel and you are done. Free parking, awesome breakfast. We 6 fit in 1 room very easy as 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. They provided 2 stovetops, as many towels, extra utensils as per our need and other stuff you want. Big size room with full kitchen, big fridge, microwave, iron facility and responsive team. Will advice and recommend strongly this property if you looking a 4 star hotel in 3 star price with full kitchen.

The location is great. Across the street from Walden galleria. Lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast is also great, hot food instead of just cereal and toast. Tea and coffee and cookies available in the lobby. Beds are comfortable. Late check out time.

All of the bottles in the bathroom were empty. No shampoo ,conditioner soap etc. Luckily we brought our own. Toilet was noisy when refilling. The room had a strange smell, either silicone or paint?

Breakfast was amazing and staff was so willing to help. I had a fussy baby and they let me take my breakfast up to my room so I was able to eat comfortably and easily! Room and pool were clean and amazing ! I have a big family and they were happy to provide extra sheets and towels. I will definitely be going back!

Close proximity to shops, restaurants, highway. Quiet facility and friendly staff.

My 76 year old dad fell on the floor waiting for the elevator. It had just been washed however the cleaning substance seemed to have a slippery coating, and first step on the ceramic, he fell. Luckily a member of the cleaning crew was there along with another tenant and they immediately tended to him. Staff filled out a report following the fall.

The breakfast needs overhauling it is very ordinary. I asked for a room not on the ground floor and I ended up with one. Some of the staff was not knowledgeable with me making my payment and it locked my card off

Good location (for us anyways), easy access and parking, excellent suite, breakfast, whilst usual for this type of accomodation was the best we have come accross for some years.

Close to all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Breakfast included. Coffee, lemon water, and cookies in lobby upon arrival. Clean pool area and gym.

Our room from a previous guest or a room near use causing a faint marijuana smell. King bed only separated from sofa bed area with a shower type curtain (must have missed this in description, photos)
