I loved that there was coffee/tea 24 hours!😀 The ice machine actually worked, yay! Good shower pressure, could actually rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Requested first floor and was happily accommodated. Friendly staff😀. Spacious room. Nice location, convenient but set back off road. Overall nice stay.

Glad there was no carpet, but floor was sticky. Not a lot of food choices for breakfast. Sink faucet leaked onto counter. No exhaust fan for shower.

The breakfast was a good variety served in a state of cleanliness. The bed and pillows were comfortable. TV was easy to use. The room was truly smoke free. I do not smoke. The air quality was good. I definitely will return some day!

I found it difficult to locate. Next time I will have the exact location on my GPS. I neglected to get this email information before leaving from home.

The staff was fantastic. Super sweet. One lady particularly, I think she is older than me, probably 40s, blond hair. She was the best, I'm sorry I'm horrible with names.

My tub did not drain well when taking a shower. Standing in ankle deep water is not enjoyable.

Plenty of parking available on site. Friendly receptionist and easy check-in process. Comfortable room, good bed. Excellent shower.

Pretty dirty carpets. There was a lot of noise from the corridor the night we stayed.

Front desk staff are very helpful minus the night shift guy. Doesn't seem like he cares much for the job. Housekeeping staff is also helpful. The one lady who works front with curly blonde hair is fantastic. She helped me with resources I need for a problem im having and is always happy to take of me. Manager is nice as well

Out of the 20 hotels in 5 months i stayed at, By far this was the best. I love this place and I highly recommend it. They make you feel like family, not a customer. They treat people wonderful, not like a dollar sign. They're clean, respectful. They treat you like family and are very pet Friendly.

our room was clean and up to date. it was a pleasant stay. the attendant was very courteous and friendly at check-in. would stay there again.

it was a little pricey for one night, but because we were there for a concert at SPAC 20 minutes away and it was horse racing season, we couldn’t be too picky.

Staff... there's a gym....laundry ...vending machines...quiet....always coffee and close to a lot of food options...my room was clean and comfortable

Location was perfect for us. Breakfast was a little sparse but perfectly acceptable. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, very accommodating, attentive and willing to help in any way they could. I didn't get everyone's name but EVERYONE I encountered deserves a raise!!!

Wouldn't be a bad idea to post where dogs can go about their business, also post a request that visitors clean up after their pets. It is unbelievable to me that people are so crude.

The manger and staff are very helpful and kind.

Other then my one stay there I have nothing that I don't like about this place. And that one night had nothing to do with the staff or manager it had to do with another person staying there
