Place was clean, large rooms,giant shower. Tv swiveled so it could be watched easily from living or bed areas.

While breakfast had a lot of choices, hot food was poor. Eggs were dry and gritty, bacon and potatoes just not good. Everything was Luke warm. Ended up eating toast. Disliked that I had to purchase water. I chose this hotel as it advertised a restaurant which really didn’t exist. Just a few things to order and no chef. Had to order out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free waters at the front desk after a long day of travel were an amazing surprise. They also gave a great dinner recommendation.

Shortly after we arrived, an argumentative man with a very yappy dog moved into the room next door. So that was less awesome. Wish animals wouldn't be allowed on quiet floors. Also we had an accessible room but it was as far from the elevator as you could get. And no microwave to reheat our food.

Unfortunately, we had to catch a flight, so we were not able to experience the breakfast. However, the staff did have coffee bagels and banana available for us to grab so that was well appreciated.

The a/c unit circulating on and off was loud which didn't provide for a good sleep since I am a light sleeper. So, your management should look into upgrading to a better unit. You could also use some hooks in the bathroom area so people can hang their cosmetic kit. There were also limited news channels on the TV, maybe expanding the selections would be perfect. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Excellent location off of the interstate but not too close (could not hear it), clean, quiet, mostly friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was very good. Hard to beat the price for a room for up to six people (two queens and a pull-out sofa bed).

The pool was very crowded. Breakfast was also crowded and at least one staff member did not want to allow families to sit in the only available seats left (it was at the bar, in the morning - they had signs posted that no kids are allowed, but there was nowhere else to sit and the staff member appeared to be angry about it). The room smelled a little funny when the AC was not running, so we kept it running the whole time (it was summertime).

Location is good, staff were incredibly nice. Conflict with check out time. Reservation confirmation said 10am. Person we asked at the desk last night said 11am but the information on the back of the room door said 12noon. Lol

The shower leaked out of the shower, water went everywhere. Not the greatest design. We told the staff at the front desk. Pillows were terrible, 2 pillows barely felt like one. Would be nice to keep the bar open till 11pm. Not necessarily food, but drinks would be nice.

Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but felt borderline sparse. But the eggs and potatoes made up for it. They were above average! Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by nice trees. There was lot of parking. I didn't see or hear another person on my hall, though I was there mid-week which could be the reason.

Breakfast could have used a few more hot items.

Breakfast was Amazing. Specially thanks to Abby from the kitchen she specially made scrambled eggs for us. As we could not eat the ones that the hotel had made in breakfast that day as they had Ham in it. So she cooked separately for us. Good though and customer service

Breakfast time was only till 9.30. It should have been till atleast 11am

The staff are great, the breakfast is always fantastic, the location is great for my needs.

I can tell the rooms are getting a bit worn... the bed was kinda the typical not fantastic ok hotel bed... I was hoping for the money it would be better than average... I personally need a softer bed due to medical conditions, but I am only ever there for one night so I manage but if I was staying longer the bed would cause problems for me.

I wish I got the name of the gentleman that worked the night shift. He was more than accommodating!! I ordered food and I didn’t realize the person would deliver to my room (I was at pool with kids when food delivered). The gentleman went to look for me to tell me my food was delivered . I felt he went above and beyond. I didn’t have cash on me otherwise I would have given him a tip. He needs to be recognized as he did not have to do that!!

This was our 2nd stay we will be back!

Nice stay at the Hyatt in Malta. Short driving distance to Saratoga Springs. Very convenient. Our room was large and comfortable. Nevertheless, wear and tear is starting to show. They need to keep up with the maintenance. Breakfast was very nice and filling. Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed, which is not very common.

Wear and tear is starting to show in the room we got: stains on the carpet, shower head base on the wall was lose, a few cracks on the wall, etc.
