The breakfast and coffee were very good

Nobody came to clean our room. No signs checking in that said we had to request due to COVID. Wasn’t a problem if we were told that checking in. Only problem is nobody takes the garbage. You have 2 tiny little pails in the room which makes the garbage overflow. Told to put The garbage outside your door and request new plastic bags. Now when you’re in the hallways you see all those dirty garbage bags by peoples doors very unsanitary.

Clean, within reach of all the high ways and shopping, food etc Breakfast was the the best,

A bit on the older side, needs constant maintenance

The staff at the hotel, mainly the manager, Sheil were amazing! Sheil made sure we were taken care of. The staff at the restaurant (On Tap) were incredible. They took wonderful care of me and my family and made it so much fun. The kids enjoyed it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and a good size. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet even at full capacity for the night.

Breakfast room was way too hectic to eat in there-- nowhere to sit, kids running everywhere and screaming. Maybe extending the breakfast hours would help to even out the crowd.

The property was well kept and perfectly located for our purposes. The desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It gave us a good night's sleep. They had a restaurant on the premises with reasonably price food which was really appreciated after the drive to get there.

The room rate included breakfast. The selection included "scrambled eggs", pork sausage patties, turkey sausage patties, muffins, bagels, cereals, and yogurts. Sadly, the scrambled eggs failed to pass muster. My wife and I both viewed them as plastic eggs. They were cooked to a consistency that took them out of the scrambled egg category. Also, the on-premises restaurant was located so far out to one end of the building that you literally needed a map provided by the front desk to help navigate the hallways to find it. There was a serious lack of signage on the walls to direct potential patrons.

The gentleman at the front desk got paper plates, so we could eat our food in our room. There was a fridge in the double room, which was great. I wish every hotel rm had a refrigerator in their basic set up. At one point, I was getting tea, and this nice man actually made a real effort to find me some herbal tea. He searched multiple cabinets and offices, as well as the breakfast rm and surrounding area. I realize this may seem minor, but customer service is severely lacking in this day and age and it’s been quite a while since I was impressed with a crew. I really appreciate the efforts this staff made whilst I was staying with them. The pool and jacuzzi were great! They had the deepest hot tub I’ve ever seen in my plus 50 years. A tiny gym was right off the pool deck. Great way to shake off that long car ride!!

This issue wasn’t exactly a ‘dislike’… Whilst I was swimming and using the jacuzzi , there was a loud beeping every few minutes that was slightly concerning. It seemed to emanate from the pool deck control rm. It was so loud, everyone couldn’t help but pause and comment that something might need attention. Not a big deal, but it was definitely a noticed point. We had some issues with the heat. It was difficult to manage. It wouldn’t lower, so we had to just shut it off so we could get some sleep. The heat seemed to be either ON, or OFF.

Breakfast was good. We most enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I originally booked my stay with your hotel because of the free shuttle service to the airport. I had an early flight out and was told that the shuttle started running at 8am. It would be good if hours were listed on the details page.

Close to the care facility where our relative is a resident. Also close to a wide variety of dining angels retail opportunities. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was affordable and offered good food.

We were a family of twelve. Two room was pretty good for us. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay will be back next year.

I wish they could change our sheets and clean the room.

Breakfast was good. However, no bread the one day.

When we checked in, we were not told we had to request to have room cleaned. Tissues were out and toilet paper low. We went to Walgreens and bought our own. They eventually restocked them.
