We drove up to Albany from the lower Hudson Valley to visit family and friends and needed a place to stay for one night. This property was conveniently located in that it was easy to reach all the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly. The suite was quite spacious and very clean. Although we did not need it, it had a full kitchen which would well serve anyone there on an extended stay who wanted to do their own cooking.

The location left a little bit to be disired in that it was not right off a main street but rather set back in a an area where you had to twist and turn to reach it. In this day and age of mobile apps that can lead you anywhere that is probably not such a terrible issue but still, in the dead of night, you could easily turn the wrong way. A little better signage on the roadway leading to the property might be helpful.

I loved the spacious room! I loved the hot breakfast, though the food in general was a little overcooked. It was however awesome to have a hot buffet, rather than just prepackaged items like many hotels have gone to since covid. Check in and check out was seamless and they allowed an extra daytime guest to visit and use the pool with my daughter, which was great customer service!

The breakfast food could have been a little less dry and more flavorful, especially the eggs both omelets and hard boiled. I also would appreciate a regular pork sausage or bacon to offer an alternative to the turkey sausage links, which were dryish and not as flavorful.

The staff were amazing! The room was really spacious. Family of four and had a ton of space to relax. The included breakfast was very good. The cooks even made special eggs for my daughter with a dairy allergy. Best feature according to my kids: It has a really nice indoor pool!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient location and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Loved the Grill Night on the patio.

Our only complaint is that the person who cleaned our room must have tossed my toothbrush because we couldn't find it.

The social hour and breakfast foods were amazing. This is one of the main reasons our family came back to stay again at this hotel when traveling through the area. Also Lanier in the restaurant was such a helpful, polite, and kind young man. Really a huge blessing to our family. We will be back! :) also thank you for opening the fitness room again!!

Disappointed that there was an additional fee for a rollaway bed - would be nice to offer them complimentary as many properties do!

These rooms work well for us, as we have older kids who prefer not to share a bed. Having a sofa bed really helps. The room seemed very clean. Having a kitchenette and dining area meant we could just get take out, which was all we wanted - there are a number of take outs in the mall nearby. Breakfast buffet was good and the dining area was well maintained.

We usually find we need an extra towel/coffee supplies but I understand the sense in limiting what is put out in the rooms right now. The location is not particularly beautiful but it’s handy for I-87 and the whole Capital District/Saratoga area.

Breakfast was on point exceptionally tasteful everything was fresh it was excellent for the four days I stayed the staff was friendly the location was prime right in the middle smack of everything

Breakfast was good, lots of choices, the staff was super(should have a tip jar available for them)

The shower curtain in the bathroom is seriously lacking in length, the floor got very wet with each shower.

Great Location. Good Breakfast. Lots of parking. Quiet. Spacious rooms. Tupperware available. Loved the kitchenette!

The only issue was that the pillowcases( and perhaps bedsheets) weren't changed. There were hair strands from prior guest on them. The reason we realized this was because, as extra precaution due to COVID, we went with our own wipes to disinfect all hard surfaces and our own personal bedsheets, pillowcases and duvet. Which it turns out was a good thing! We were able to avert what would have otherwise been a freak out moment! Thank goodness! Other than that, everything else was great.

Was clean, staff was nice, the breakfast was excellent. Nice pool. We even had a free BBQ supper on the terrace. Rooms are nice and big. It was just perfect.
