The room was clean and comfortable, had all the necessary amenities except for a safe. Breakfast was excellent with good selection, hot food and a waffle maker.

Felt like we paid a high price, maybe just happened to be the weekend we were there. Was a nice place to stay but otherwise would not book for that price. The power went out for a bit overnight which shut off the AC and made it hard to sleep.

Clean and great location , 1 block away from Elm St Bakery and not far from Bar-Bill. Stayed here the night before Buffalo Bills play off game. It was perfect!!!

It was expensive but everything was clean, the staff was friendly. The location was great.

Nice idea of a library. Breakfast food was great to serve ourselves. Been at a hotel in past where Breakfast was a dried egg sandwich and one piece of fruit w/ coffee packet in a brown bag(adult). Kids the same except small milk. Fireplace great touch.

There wasn't much to dislike but I was confused about a switch in hallway of our suite room #323 that apparently did nothing. It was near bathroom so I hoped it might be for vent. Hubby steamed mirror when he showered. Heads up one vanity lightbulb blew and closet door sticks.

Decent breakfast. Walkable to town, restaurants and attractions.

Pull-out couch and rollaway bed were left to us to set up which was a bit difficult. Bed linens on both were wrinkly albeit clean.

Location was great, we could walk everywhere. Tina was great, I called her for an early check in and she called me back when the room was ready.

I stayed in room 311, at all of the seams in the ceiling, they are cracking and the last seam by the window has a huge chuck of ceiling hanging down from the ceiling. It didn't change the room but from an appearance perspective, it feel like the hotel was falling a part (well in my room at least).

It was very clean, especially the breakfast area which we really appreciated. The added option of having apple cinnamon waffles, in addition to regular, was a nice change of pace. They even have a little library section which we thought was a real nice touch.

Not much to complain about. We wished we asked for extra pillows. The pillows on the bed are pretty small and too soft for us. But we'll do that next time

Called around we always find a Hampton location while traveling.

The staff! Such amazing people especially Tina! Very clean and breakfast was amazing!

We in town for only one night so didn't really have a chance to make use of any features this property offered like the pool or even breakfast. The number one priority was a clean room which we did have.

What we needed most was a good night's sleep. The beds were a challenge: too high off the ground, I actually had to climb up to get in ... I guess a footstool could have solved that problem; the mattress was too soft, I felt like I was drowning; and the pillows are too hard and lofty. There should be a mix of lofty and flat to be able to adjust head height for TV viewing and sleeping.

Awesome staff, great breakfast and very clean rooms.

Apparently the walls are thin since one of our neighbors called complaining about noise in our room when we were only listing to the TV.
