It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.

The manager Silvia was one of the best hotel representative I have come across. She was very accommodating and made sure all of my requests were met. Even though I could only stay one night, i will certainly remember this hotel for future trips.

The hotel room bathroom could use a renovation.

I liked that each bed had 4 pillows and everything was very clean and organized The view was very nice

The first night in the room the AC wasn't working at all I had to be moved to a different one the next day it was very uncomfortable to sleep like that specially for my 4 year old I think the rooms should be checked to make sure everything works correctly before the guest arrives

Staff was very helpful and kind. Clean facilities, good with pets.

Bed had spring out. Need better food and beverage facilities, but dinner I had was good. Need an alternative to all Asian food in area.

The hotel was very clean beds extremely comfortable and friendly staff. The parking was very inexpensive and it was valet service.

It was under construction and the hotel entryway was on the other side of the bldg. I didn’t really mind it but it was difficult for Uber/Lyft drivers to find. And man oh man was it an issue for DoorDash drivers but not UberEats drivers. Anyway it is only a small inconvenience I would still recommend the hotel and stay there if I was going to Queens.

The breakfast was good, service was friendly. The facility was clean. The location is very convenience to all kinds of different cuisine and shopping. We love it.

I wish the bed and pillows can be a little more firmer.

it’s center of Chinese shops,when we reached hotel lobby after along journey the staff was talking in phone amd not at all notices us.After 5 minutes a Gentleman shows up and he do the checking in 1 minute

Only hiccup was the AC was not working when we got to our hotel room. We called and someone came up in about 15 minutes and fixed the issue. However, we could not feel any AC on in the hallway of the floor of the hotel room.

The staff is best I've had in a long time. Location is a little far from the main attractions of the city, but the subway station is pretty close so it was easy to move around. Although the room and the hotel look old it was nice and clean and you could tell they're working on remodeling
