Amazing staff,lady on the reception Pretty are fantastic, she is the crown 👑 of this hotel, nothing to much for her, so helpful and polite, she is amazing, professional and knowledgeable about costumer relationship, simply the best:)thank you so much for organising taxi for us and preparing coffee for us!!! The hotel was easy to find and get to through rideshare. There was a parking lot located in the mall across the street that was very convenient. Upon our arrival, check-in was easy and when we found the shower head in our room to be broken, we were relocated to a new room immediately. Microwave and fridge in lobby for our convenience as well. Staff was so helpful, as we needed a new room key 3 times and they helped without hassle.

We noticed our room wasn’t cleaned until the last day of our stay, which was fine but our trash can was a little full. In addition, we noticed our clothes and bags smelled like Lysol when we got home, but that wasn’t a big deal either.

The area has a lot of restaurants on main street.

The staff wasn't very accommodating or understanding. Just need some training.

Really nice place with a direct subway line towards Time Square and thus Manhattan. It was clean, spacious, a nice and confortable bed. There was a TV too to end the day. People were nice and always here to answer any question. They kept our luggage on the last day before our departure so it was really kind of them.

Really close to an airport, hard to open the windows with the noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly but kinda noisy too. An extra plus could be to have a breakfast but generally speaking it was a great place.

It was clean, and they were attentive.

The bed was super firm, I woke up with back pain, that is subjective to every person, the windows were open and I didn’t notice because of the curtains and I got cold at night. Just FYI. I turned the heater and everything it was ok. The cable didn’t work several times even though they came to help.

There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like , the staff was very friendly and attentive, location was great , and there was plenty of activities and attractions around the location of the hotel

The TV kept cutting off. Maybe it was the reception but the staff changed my room so that made it better.

it is in a convenient location near by all kind of different restaurants. The room Rate is very reasonable and Has good size of room and clean Hotel, stuff is very friendly. 2 miles to LaGuardia airport. in the center of Flushing. I would suggest other to stay here when you visit Flushing Next time.

Amazing location, safe and convenient to walk and park - rare for NYC! Easy check-in and access at all times!

Very clean but not a lot of furniture in the room.

I had a great experience with sky hotel. Rooms were perfectly clean and it smelled really fresh. The staff was very helpful in my overall stay they help me out with everything I asked for, very close to subway. I enjoyed my stay.
