Just 5min walk to Flushing subway, able to use train No.7 to go directly to Time square (Manhattan). Less than 10min by car to LaGuardia Airport for domestic flight. The breakfast was good, but I wish we could take the food to our room or bring it to our room. Getting up and coming down was hard because I have a physical disability.

There was drilling and repairs early in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and was placed next to a large family with children. There was a lot of yelling. I was very clear about my need for quiet for meetings.

Considering location in downtown Flushing, very quiet, very comfortable beds, extremely clean!! Lots of food options around for dine in or take away!!

Congested area so hard to unload bags from taxi on weekend in front of place. No parking in front of place to pull over. Breakfast was simple + mostly carbs, but I appreciated the hard boiled eggs.

Definitely value for money. Everything needed for a short stay is provided. Relatively clean surfaces which I checked with wet wipes. Very close to LGA, about 5-7 minutes by car. Plenty of options to get around using public transportation.

It was very cold inside and it took much time to heat the room with AC at a max setting. Toiletries are provided for one person in a room for two people. Also there is no fridge in the room. They charge a $100 deposit but unable to return it in a timely manner. The hotel still has not returned my $100 deposit after 5 days including 3 business days.

Great location near the subway; in the heart of Chinatown in Flushing. Great tea shops everywhere. Beautiful decor/room.

It may be the time that I stayed here, but I didn’t care for was the humidity in the room; the AC was a welcome relief but each time housekeeping came in they turned it off so I came back frequently to a hot room. There is also no mini fridge in the room or bedside lamps which was a bit inconvenient at times. Make sure you bring a long charger cord for your phone or else it won’t reach the bedside table.

Flushing is an incredible neighborhood featuring the best food on earth, and this was a nice little hotel in the middle of it all. Bed was comfortable enough, but I can't say I slept like a dream. Walking distance to lots of wonderful restaurants and the 7 train. Stayed as a New Yorker who moved out of the city lol, so I'm used to the Flushing life and chose this hotel because of it. If you stay here, PLEASE eat the local food, it's amazing and totally worth it.

I wish the lighting in the room were less harsh! Awful, un-sexy lighting. Bedsheets could also be fresher

Room and hotel it self, very clean. Accommodated me well with no issues. Parking was not to be desired at!! Paid parking not bad but can be pricey if your sticking near hotel all day. Could use better food choices for breakfast I enjoyed my stay and would visit again! Thank you!

Breakfast selections very little American items, no citrus fruits choices. Parking was not cheap for the little time you get to park for. There was no USB connection no where in the room at all! Disappointing not to be able to charge all I needed for my stay. If you say no food from cafeteria can go upstairs to your rooms, then that means for EVERYONE not just for some people. I noticed this after being told the day before that I couldn't, next day saw a man go to his room without anything being said to him. Not cool but whatever, I know now.

We stayed to attend Governors Ball festival, and the Hotel is in a perfect location. 5min walk to the subway (Trip to Manhattan took ~45min and $8), 10min walk to a shopping center w/ Target & Starbucks, and plenty of authentic Chinese restaurants (Korean if you go a bit further). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Extra security in the evening at the main entrance.

Only negative was that even with the AC at 65 and curtain drawn, between 10-4pm the room gets very warm—and hot anywhere near the window. Although you are in NYC so you shouldn’t be in your room at those times, it is worth noting.
