The hotel is close to a subway and bus station. Check in was quick and the staff are very efficient. The room is large and spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It is easy to get into Manhattan, which we did daily. (The 7 train is also one of the cleanest trains we travelled on, and the passengers are courteous.) The Skyview shopping centre is a 5 min walk away from the hotel. There is a grocery store (Target) as well as other retail stores and eateries.

There was nothing to complain about. Just worth a mention is that the key card was a little difficult to operate sometimes. It took us awhile to work out how to operate it. Push the card as deep into the slot as possible and pull it out quickly. Be careful not to damage the magnetic strip.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Flushing, Queens, New York. It is close to different shops and transit. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. It is also very close to the LaGuardia airport. The room was sufficient for me as I was traveling alone. I liked staying here because it was quiet when I needed to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed from a hotel. I liked the area as I enjoyed walking around with lots of food options. The hotel does have breakfast provided, but I was there for the Chinese food, so I skipped it. The front desk was helpful with local options. I would stay here again.

Checkin was quick, front desk was very helpful with all of my questions. As far as I know the staff spoke English and Korean. Room was very clean. Found bedding felt fresh and comfortable. I feel this hotel is a bargain for Flushing. We were staying overnight for a morning flight out of the nearby airport LaGuardia). Breakfast was interesting. A little different from what I am used to, but had fresh rolls, good coffee and dumplings that were either plain or filled. Many restaurants for dinner nearby. Overall satisfied.

No hotel parking. Can park on street (if space available after 10pm, but better be out before 7am or will be ticketed. Can pay the meter, but its 2.50 per hour.)

The breakfast was good, but I wish we could take the food to our room or bring it to our room. Getting up and coming down was hard because I have a physical disability.

There was drilling and repairs early in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and was placed next to a large family with children. There was a lot of yelling. I was very clear about my need for quiet for meetings.

Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful as my arrival was delayed quite a bit. They were friendly and so nice - even calling my room to explain things they missed at check-in because I was so distraught and tired. Room was very clean, simple set-up and easy to figure out operations of A/C, shower, TV, etc. Quiet room at the end of the hall which was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty, you can't go wrong with boiled eggs, bagels, bananas, and coffee! Nice neighborhood - not one time did I feel unsafe outside, even at midnight. A variety of restaurants within a 50 foot walk. Parking was around the corner and below ground, but easy to get to and affordable!

A few more meat choices with the complimentary breakfast would have been nice - even just bacon and/or sausage links. It's a prime source of my daily protein.

The view was really nice! Loved the location. Very close to the main food street and there was easily accessible subway stations nearby. The room felt clean and comfortable. The size of the room makes sense for the New York/Queens area. They provided water in the lobby and the provided breakfast seemed good. You are also able to borrow umbrellas!

I think it's a little too pricy for me for the value. However, compared to the other options available at the time, it was a good price. I wish there was either more room in the breakfast area or that we were allowed to bring the breakfast upstairs. The hotel was pretty booked so there were not that many available chairs.

Loved the cleanness of the room and public areas. Stable Wi-Fi. Breakfast exceeded my expectations: they offered my favorite Asian fare (congee, various buns, even my favorite pickles!). The staff also keep the breakfast room extremely clean. The hotel location is perfect: it is on a relatively quiet street, but close to everything: subway station, parking garage, busy streets such as the Main Street, Roosevelt Ave., Prince Ave.

Nothing. Would definitely come back again whenever visiting New York City or Flushing. Thank you!

320 / 5.000 The room was ready at check-in time, everything was in order when I entered the room. I stayed 2 nights, but no one cleaned the room. Also, the employees who were in the breakfast area did not speak English or Spanish, so there was no way for us to understand each other. The rest, everything was spectacular.

The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

It took me a while to figure out the doorlock maybe updating to a newer system is the only improvement that I can imagine.
