My room and the bathroom was very clean, no foul odor. The bed was comfy and I loved my view, also, the free Wifi was good. Location was great for me, very central and close to everything I needed including the subway. Breakfast was great and I love the fact that different kinds of fruits were made available every day and the breakfast room is also very clean and has a television. You can catch up on the news while having breakfast. The lady at the reception (I don't know her name) and the maintenance man were very friendly and helpful, they provided an extension cable for me to use through out my stay because my laptop charger cord could not be plugged into the socket in the room.

The water from the shower in the bathroom is not very hot and the coffee maker in my room was not working well. There should be more variety with breakfast, it was way too much carbs(Bread, waffles, hard donuts, croissants) . Also, there were no eggs. My guest had to pay for parking ( 30 dollars) and was there for just about two hours. I also didn't like the fact that the hotel did not inform me before hand of the 200 dollars security deposit which is compulsory, it was at the point of check-in that they asked. What would have happened if I did not have that amount? I was traveling from abroad. Please, notify customers of the deposit from the point of booking, before they arrive the hotel.

Location was great its nearby everything. Walking distance to foods and shops. There also a shopping mall next to the hotel which has every store that you need. The subway is not to far maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room had a good view of the city and Citi field.

To be honest, my wife and me loved the hospitality aa well as the accommodation at THE PARK HOTEL, as the entire team is super friendly, especially the Uncle Emokhare... thst hotel is very hygienic and confortable ... everything just as in the photos.... We promise to return at the end of the year...👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Fabulous room with all the amenities. Super comfy bed, super soft linens and comfy pillows. Incredible staff, along with a great Continental breakfast and gym facility. It's located right next-door to a great shopping center. Great and easy access to Subway system. Fabulous restaurants in the area. It's our new favorite hotel and we will be staying there regularly when we visit New York. One special shout out to Peggy Lau from the front desk and assistant manager. She was incredible and made us feel extremely welcome and made us feel like we were her favorite guests ever. She definitely deserves a promotion, erase and extra days off. Absolutely nothing!

Good location as close to the subway number 7 line is 5 min walk takes you right into Manhattan. Shopping Mall across the road. Don’t be put off by the location as the planes and trains you don’t hear after a while. Breakfast was eggs waffles cereal ect.

The Male on the front desk when checking us in he was so rude only said about 2 words and none of that was thank you or any information about the hotel. Not a great person to have promoting your business. The female staff were so friendly and helpful. Perhaps management need to train him on customer service.

Close to the airport , 10 minutes by taxi.

Close to Mets stadium

No parking, and breakfast was a horrible!! This big hotel had a breakfast area that can hold about 30 people and Hot breakfast area was only one waffle maker and one toaster for bread. The food was OLD AND STALE. And the food that was offered was : sliced bread, hard boiled eggs, dumplings ,water down OJ and apple juice. It’s was not up to par with a $300 a night price tag. We ended up going to the mall across the street to get breakfast..

The rooms were very clean, nice, and comfortable. The Nespresso coffee maker was a really nice amenity as was having a mini fridge. The covered and affordable (30$ daily) underground parking was a really nice bonus as we drove from Syracuse and needed secure parking. We were in for a Mets series. We could easily walk to Citi Field and also area restaurants. The breakfast was standard continental with the addition of dumplings 🥟 which was perfect for us. The best feature was the roof top bar- great drinks and stunning views of Citi Field with a Manhattan backdrop.

Sadly, both of the onsite restaurants are closed which was a big disappointment. Not too far away was some great Korean food though!

Amazing location! There were large windows in the room that I really liked and the bed was super comfortable. The towels were also amazingly soft and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not enough outlets in the room or they weren’t conveniently located. I would have appreciated complimentary bottled water in the room - or even in the lobby to bring to the room.

I was a little leary about this hotel based on the reviews. They do have a very small area for parking however, they do say they have SOME parking. We were lucky to get a spot in their underground garage. The staff is super nice and accommodating! The thermostat in our room didn't work. They instantly upgraded our room with a view of Citifield. Since we were there to see a Mets game, it was perfect! The walk to Citifield was extremely easy. Turn the corner from the hotel and walk a few blocks and we were there! I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast wasn't stellar but, it was what you would expect from basic continental. The rooftop bar wasn't what you would expect either. If we didn't have the kids with us. It would have been fine. All in all...not a deal breaker.
