Bed appeared to be new and was very comfortable. Pillows also seemed to be new and were great and plentiful. I appreciated and made good use of the amenities - refrigerator and microwave. Felt like a safe area with good lighting. There is also a 24-hour Kinney drugstore across the street which has everything from food to phone chargers.

In general, I am not a fan of exterior hotel doors with direct access to the parking lot. As a woman traveling alone, that can be a bit unnerving. Fortunately the area felt safe.

Even though there wasn't much of a breakfast staff was excellent and anything that we needed they made sure that we had again I wish the breakfast was more of it and the creamer wasn't spoiled but the staff was excellent

The breakfast was gone by 9:00 people must have ate all but no one refreshed it but the staff was excellent so it really doesn't matter about the food the staff tended to our needs. Excellent

Room was renovated bed was comfortable bedding was new soft only thing they forgot to renovate was shower held it was old and leaked One story building easy access to car I generally will not stay at days inn because I lack of proper maintenance and tubs are not clean poorly vacuumed rugs etc but I was surprised by this property

We didn’t eat breakfast at the motel. We didn’t know that they served food. We came for parents weekend at Syracuse. Most of the day we were out. I can recommend the motel if you are staying for a couple of nights.

Nothing really. It will be nice if they use Clorox to wash the blankets and the pillows. It is clean but you can still smell the blankets it was not washed for a while.

Clean comfortable room with quiet fridge and air conditinoner. The air conditioner's temperature is under control of the occupant.

The cold water tap in the tub fell off because the screw was missing. After informing the maintenance person he didn't show up to fix it.

Other reviews were not so good but I took a chance. I found the room very clean, above average for a budget hotel. The carpet, bedspread and drapes were fresh unlike some budget places and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The dude working when we checked out was awesome. The girl who checked us in wasn't so awesome but it was fine. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The wifi was slow, but that's to be expected at $70 for a night. The room was quite old feeling and didn't have much for modern amenities, but it was comfortable and affordable.

I felt my room was remodeled a day before, everything was new and super clean and very very comfortable beds .

The outside could use a little work and maybe repositioning the night lights not to shine In someone’s window.

Check-in/check-out was great, staff was friendly, room was clean and renovated and the beds were comfortable. Cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, juice and milk for breakfast. We will definitely stay there again!

We just needed a place for the night after already driving for 9 hours, the night guy on duty was beyond 5 stars helpful and nice. Very compassionate & made our stay very comfortable.
