Great room and service. See below.

I have literally stayed at hundreds of different hotel rooms over the years, mostly for work reasons. In all the years of my staying in different hotels there have been various breakfast offerings. Some full, some with a hot of some sort and others using the word "Continental" All were usually as advertised with the exception of one. My stay on Saturday March 23 2024 was to include Breakfast. To our great disappointment there were only muffins in the self serve breakfast area. That"s it, yes, only muffins. No fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, or anything. Only muffins all of one flavour. What a joke and insult.

Basic hotel room but large, very comfortable and clean. Hotel looks as if it had some renovations recently (e.g carpets look very clean in hallway and in our room). Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is very basic (only muffins, bagels and yogurt) but everything was fresh, and the coffee was good. Very close to the highway. Perfect for a one-night stay.

The AC was very loud and woke us up a few times during the night. Other than that, nothing.

The property was well priced, and while it was simple and modest, it was very clean, comfortable, and functional. The staff were friendly and competent. The free shuttle to the SYR airport nearby was great and even accommodated my early morning flight by leaving the hotel at 4:30 A.M. The 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby is a nice touch, too, for getting a cup of joe any time of day or night.

There wasn't an abundance of comfortable space to hangout at in my room or the lobby, so I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of time during the day here, but what do you expect from a budget hotel?

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels. Coffee was excellent.

We were expecting a hot breakfast but found only muffins, coffee, and juice. They need to remove the "breakfast" from their amenities.

No one told us at checkin that breakfast ended at 9. We got in at 1:30 am. Came to breakfast at 9:15 and there was no breakfast, just coffee.

I think this property gets a bad rep for no reason. I needed somewhere that was inexpensive and clean for a short trip. Super8 checked checked both of those boxes. The bed was large and comfortable. For the price that was paid, Super8 was just fine

Housekeeping moved around pretty early (before 10am) which made me feel like I needed to rush out to let them do their thing. I also think they shouldn't advertise that the room rate includes breakfast as the items that were available are snacks, not breakfast.

Location is perfect and very close to Everything and The Staff is very Friendly, room was clean.

Breakfast option needs improvement as Their was only one toaster, Juice Machine was broke so no juice, no fruit, and the only food to eat was a Bagel in a bag. For a couple days I took my own garbage out to hall and because the room faces the light outside, Dark blinds and Curtains need to be put on the Window!

Room had microwave and freezer, both very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower worked properly and had enough hot water. Good location 5 min to Destiny USA mall. Free parking on site. Great place for a shot stay.

Complimentary breakfast is 6-9am, but if you go down around 8am the only thing left is coffee and maybe yogurt. Staff is not always at the front desk, so if you need them you have to holler or to go search for them. Walls are a bit on the thin side, so your quite depends on your neighbors. AC didn't have a thermostat so you need to turn it on/off as needed yourself.
