The cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere and how nice the workers are. the one receptionist (whom I sadly forgotten her name and I feel really bad. She a lady with an I believe an Indian or Philippine accent forgive me for the assumption) was the real trooper there. She offered me some water when she saw my hands rapidly shaking after I told her that I had a near miss with a car on the highway plus she gave us (me and my boyfriend) a bottle of chardonnay when I told her that we were there to celebrate our 3rd dating anniversary. I give credit where credit is due to the wonderful lady who took good care of us.

The hotel was nicer than I anticipated and was directly across from the exit to the highway, so it was easy to get back and forth to downtown Syracuse. Once you get through to the manager they are very helpful.

I booked through booking.com - but then booking.com did not help me at all after the booking when I needed to change my reservation. The hotel told me I had to work through booking.com, so it was a finger pointing session. Finally I got a manager at the hotel who changed the night of my reservation.

Breakfast was very good with a wonderful hostess. Breakfast area was attractive and very good size. Room looked like it had some new up grades but there were other areas that didn’t look kept up (see next question). Attractive lobby area and liked the room sink area was outside of bathroom. Made easier to get ready. Hotel was very quiet and you couldn’t hear other guests. Conveniently located to many things!

Broken/missing soap dish in tub, broken light switch, air conditioner was loud and rattled all night. Thought it was really cool they gave us a card to pick when would be the best time to clean the room, which we did the night before like asked and left on the door knob. Was gone from 8am until 2:30pm and no one came. Had to ask for fresh towels and gave up on the rest so we could hang out in our room.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Everything worked in the room. We had enough of everything we would need in the room. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast. We would stay there again.

Our room was close to the main road, noisy traffic. Unfortunately being Spring time, ants were coming in from the corner of the floor by our door. They did move us to another room right away.

Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful attendant in the dining area for breakfast. Appreciated how close it was to our destination, and having restaurants so close to the hotel

There appeared to be vomit on the bedskirt and carpet of one of our rooms. A simple cursory look by housekeeping should have caught this. I did appreciate how quickly the front desk clerk found us a different room nearby.

Breakfast was pretty good, could’ve had more options for waffles. Like maybe added some chocolate chips and/or fruit. Loved how the food service manager kept filling everything up when it got low, she was on top of everything during breakfast.

My boyfriend made himself some tea, he didn’t realize that the water canteen he got it out of wasn’t cleaned properly I guess. He had black stuff in his water.

I loved the staff. Had to extend my stay through Comfort Inn and they were very accommodating. I left Comfort Inn to pick my sister in law up at the VA Hospital and had to extend my stay another day. The nice lady at the front desk remembered I checked out that morning and had to rebook and she apologized for my misfortune.

Reception very straightforward and easy, breakfast was expected, space was actively taken care of by staff, bed was very comfortable, room was neatly organized and staff provided additional toiletries when needed. Had a mini fridge, and down the street from Dunkin & Tully’s, a local restaurant with sports bar fare.

the bed was so comfy. had a great 2 night sleep. they also serve breakfast including hot food which often was limited due to Covid on other places. the staffs were super nice and helpful.

just a minor hiccup..for the 2nd day we went to breakfast at 9am (breakfast ends till 9:30am). all hot food was gone until we asked staff to prepare. the staff actioned immediately so it didn’t bother us much since we weren’t in rush. Mind all other breakfast (waffle, bread, bagel, cereal, coffee, juice milk, etc) were fully stocked so at no point we were hungry.

We’ve been staying at this Hotel for almost four years now. Only one time did I have a major issue with cleanliness. I ended up staying in my car for the night and called first thing in the morning. They treated me like a queen making sure I approved of the room. Will definitely be back!!!

It snowed and the parking lot could have been a bit cleaner.
