The inn was beautiful. The owner was great. Very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our main point of travel was to go to a concert. Which the inn was very close to the venue, just a short walk through the park. I will stay here again, for sure!!

Honestly, it's really hard to find something not to like about this property. The only thing I would suggest is that a small tabletop size dehumidifier be placed in the bathroom.

The house itself is nice and extremely well located, right next to the state park and walking distance from downtown. The common areas are cute. The owner was very friendly.

The room itself was minuscule and furnished simply. Our bathroom had no separate shower space, just a curtain between the shower and toilet. The breakfast was basically store bought stuff with homemade oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Seemed expensive for what it was, but the whole town is pricey.

A world of its own. You step into a quiet oasis away from the hustle of your day to day. Plenty of room to walk the grounds. Plenty of spots to sit and reflect. A front porch that invites you leave the world behind.

Room was a little cramped. You get used to it. Not a reason to avoid the property

The place is spotless. The owner Joe is very accommodating. He takes off anything you need. Nice place to stay in Saratoga. Breakfast included. I will be staying there again.

Next time I will book one of the larger rooms. Zero complaints from me or my wife.

The breakfast was in a comfortable beautiful dining area with many food options and the lovely front porch was also available for enjoying breakfast.

I wish there was a way to leave an electronic tip for the housekeepers as we usually do not carry cash.

The owner was great and I loved the homey feeling to the place. Loved the grounds and also that they played the music from our concert’s band at breakfast. Super comfortable beds.

It was more expensive than I like to pay for a hotel but still less expensive than the other places.

Joe was very friendly. The breakfast selection is completed with all that is needed. The property is nice and clean. The toiletries were well thought. The only thing was the quad room -suite 7, was supposed to have a Queen bed and King Bed in each room, however, we felt the bed was smaller than the Queen size bed we had expected. Otherwise, everything was very nice and we had a good experience staying at the property. Will definitely be added to our future list of lodging in the area.

Lots of character. Charming vintage B&B on a lovely green knoll. Great caring staff. Small room but well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and location just south of central Saratoga Springs.

Our room was a bit cramped.

Great location, close proximity to downtown but quiet and private setting. Friendly staff. Good breakfast provided. An addition of season fruits (berries, watermelon, melons) would be a plus.

Comfortable, friendly atmosphere, friendly guests to interact with, perfect location for the things we wanted to do while in town.

Maybe some more substantial breakfast options at the continental breakfast to help fuel the day better.
