Excellent location .....attentive staff....

Didn t like the toiletries......especially cheap soap fell apart in your hand when u opened the pkg...therefore I was using crumbled pieces to wash with....not good. Moved our room to much better room w walk in shower next day after experiencing room 38.... tub n shower not renovated and had continued toilet issues not flushing properly plus ...very noisy air conditioning ....but front desk did accommodate us to move....very grateful

The staff was exceptional. We never had to look too long to find someone who was willing to help us with more towels, or helping set up a grill, etc. I like the personal service and it really feels like a family owned business. This is not a flashy night club kind of place and I like that for our kids (two girls.) The pool is clean and everything is well maintained. By well maintained, I mean someone will be out every day painting, cleaning, arranging, etc.

The layout of the 1 bedroom apartment could be better. The kitchen is quite large given the small size of the liiving room area. But, we all slept comfortably so I can't complain.

We had such a great stay! Everyone was accommodating, pleasant, and very laid back. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great location. We enjoyed walking around the harbor area, and going into town was easy. The outdoor areas were very nice. The firepit and couches were comfortable and cozy.

The only disappointment was that I booked my stay for a king-size deluxe apartment and got a queen. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. I also didn't say anything upon checking in. When I mentioned it the next day, it was just a statement. I didn't want to make a fuss. We asked for a later check out, and we were happy.

I was there with my best friend to renew our 45 friendship. We loved our stay there. The location was great, the desk staff was very helpful and we got help with our luggage to go upstairs. We loved the meditation room..we think the bathroom should have a bar on the wall to hold onto and a few hooks to hang things..but all and all it is a nice place to stay for a few days..the garden area us very pretty..the Buddas in the area was very nice.

The pillows were like a rock, the back door needed to have better privacy in the glass. As I said you need to put some hooks on n the bathroom door it would help to hang the towels or pj's etc...I think a little table n chairs to sit and eat your food on would be nice.

The property was clean and had nice decor. Outdoor courtyard and pool was open. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was good. It was a few minutes walk to Gosmans Dock/restaurants and there was a nearby beach Culloden Beach, that you could walk to. We also walked to Star Island and the different nearby marinas. It was a 5 min drive into town, Also a positive, was that I could bring my little dog and she was happy and comfortable, as well.

There was a restaurant on site, but it was not open. I dont know if it opens during the summer season or not.

The rooms were nice and so was the location!!

The website clearly says checkout is at 11 AM, a cleaning maid opened my door without permission the day of check out while I was still sleeping at 9:45 AM saying check out was at 10:15-10:30, she just wanted to clean the room. I did not appreciate the walking into my room.

Place was beautiful the garden was really nice to sit outside the pool is really beautiful the staff was so very nice.

The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was absolutely terrible I've never been to a hotel where the bathroom is in split in half a shower and a toilet on one side and you had to leave that room and go across the hall to the other side of the room and have a sink and a mirror terrible.

We booked Kenny’s Tipperary Inn when we decided to go to Montauk for my birthday weekend. I wanted to do a whale watching trip which was awesome. This inn is located right next to the marina where there are fishing charter boats and the Whale watch boat. Restaurants and bars are also right at the marina area. Gosman’s dock is a quick walk after that. This room was very clean had a spacious. The bed vas very comfortable. We had a back balcony to sit outside. Lots of beautiful gardens on the property. The pool was very nice. Even though it wasn’t on the beach, it is a short ride away. The woman at the desk was very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The property was beautiful, clean, and nicely landscaped with areas of tables and chairs. Plenty of parking. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

We left our room around 10AM the first day and our room was not cleaned because they tried earlier and did not check back later. The second day it was cleaned but our personal cloth bag of snacks next to the refrigerator was thrown out by the cleaning lady.

The Tippenary Inn offers a nice affordable stay close to the center of town. We found the bed comfortable, especially the pillows. My boyfriend grew up going to Montauk every summer. This was my first time there. He found the facilities of the place great. I have nothing to compare them to in Montauk so I'm going by what he told me; that the place was nice and close to everything. Attention and customer service were nice as well.

No breakfast included, and no kitchenette in our room. I guess I'm just used to being able to book nice lodging that includes breakfast, in very nice towns and cities around the world. The beach is ok. The waves can be rough. In my opinion, the entire town is overpriced for what they offer.
