I liked that they accommodated me and my guess when there was only one option left for a queen smoking room and they changed it to my usual booking of a king non smoking. Really was surprised and pleased to find out when I checked in. Each stay has been better every time.

Not enough shampoo and conditioner for two people especially when I have long hair and it would take one full bottle of each to wash my hair. I usually bring my own but this time I forgot. Would benefit if they supplied enough for the amount of guests staying in that room or asked upon check in.

Food was good. Everything was quality. Only suggestion is that the counter could be arranged more efficiently. All of the things that take time are in a small area. So everyone crowded into a little corner. Items could be arranged differently to spread out the high traffic items, this no bottleneck at a small corner.

Everything 😍 wonderful place very clean place, great wonderful breakfast 😀. The rate. I will surely recommend this place to friend's and family members.i will continue to stay here from time to time.

Not many places to eat. And not many places to shop other than Cumberland farms, which pretty expensive.

The location was why I booked here. On our way from Massachusetts to Niagara Falls.

Breakfast was being packed up/cleaned up before 9:00 am and everything was shut down at 9:00. It was a Saturday and people like to sleep in a little. This is not the only hotel that does this, but I find it very annoying. Please keep breakfast available until 10:00 am. A dry bagel and cream cheese isn't much to keep me going.

This was a very clean SUPER 8. Most of them are dirty, bed bug /roach infested SUPER 8’s. This one motel has changed my view of SUPER 8. I will only ever stay @ this particular SUPER 8. EXCELLENT place to stay!!!! Was even able to check in an hour early, @ no additional cost!!!!!!

Room was clean and nice air conditioning. The complimentary breakfast was good. Very quiet and staff were very professional and accommodating.

Going to check in and find out there was a $50 deposit on top of the room price. Didn't know that when booking. Bathroom could have been stocked better with more towels and toiletries like soap & shampoo.

Front desk staff was very professional and pleasant. Room was well stocked and clean. Was very accommodating when I needed a room on the first floor due to my partner and I health issues. Breakfast is always well stocked.

Hallway to the room smelled musty. Air conditioner wasn't putting out enough cool air room was still too warm all night. Wasn't sure how to turn shower on it was different than previous rooms Ive stayed in.

The bathroom walls and shower curtain needs changing and the floors need to be vacuumed. The male manager was rude about using the trey for my food when I was on the second floor

My chocolate lab Brady and I stayed for 5 days in August and loved every minute of our stay at this hotel. our room was huge, super clean, quiet and well appointed with all the towels and amenities we could ever hope for - all at an incredibly reasonable price for this dog show traveling duo! The staff however, made our stay beyond exceptional. THANK YOU for welcoming us with open arms and making us feel like FAMILY! Can’t wait to see you all again next summer if not sooner! XOXO

The room was cold cold on entering, but warmed up nicely after setting heat. Also, as a slight put off, it is a pet friendly hotel and some areas you could sense(smell) that someone did not get taken outside in time, but being pet keepers as well understood..
