The bed was comfy and room was clean and well cared for. Once I figured out how to use the TV remote (took about 5 minutes of trial and error) it was good. Instructions would be helpful. Bathroom, etc. all very nice. Quiet room also. Plenty of parking nearby hotel entrance.

Breakfast was not appealing at all. Cereals were sweet kids' products, the eggs look artificial, the sausage looked greasy and awful, the orange juice was poor quality. I didn't eat anything but went instead to a nearby restaurant to eat. Also, location was very difficult to find. After driving around for nearly an hour, I had to go to a shopping center to ask someone to help me and a lovely lady offered to drive to your hotel with me following her. That was kind of her and I got there OK that way. But it is hard to find otherwise. And my GPS did not give me the info. Seems the address is not correct on your site. I think the town is not right. The tiny map the registrar sent to my phone was not large enough to use for directions.

It was very clean, well lit, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast they put out was really good, with a nice variety of food choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the parking lot is not well lit, which makes it difficult to see at night. The lighting in the room is not the greatest. There is no overhead light, just tabletop lamps, so the room feels dark.

The breakfast was fine. I would look for more protein items like boiled eggs or more protein item’s but it was fine. On the weekend they served scrambled eggs and sausage which were good but not during the week unless they were out.

For us everything was fine. We had relatives that stayed and they said they didn’t have clean linens so they had to change them. I guess hair was on there pillows and refrigerator in there room. We did not have that experience. Our stay was fine

It was good! Breakfast was good but quite busy. Your staff did amazing work refilling breakfast as people were filing in. There was also a mix up in our booking and your staff handled it very well, they were able to accommodate us anyhow despite the booking website not forwarding the proper information. It was a huge relief. The man working your front desk deserves a raise, 10/10 the best customer service I have ever experienced in another country.

Overall experience was very good and it was clean and had not any kind of a smell! We were worried it might smell like smoke or something but it did not it was very acceptable for the price.

We noticed when you get into bed if your feet bumped against the side of the bed it made a loud sound wasn't too bad but just a little annoying. Other than that no complaints.. we were very satisfied!

This Quality Inn was an unexpected find in the Utica area. It was clean and comfortable, The location was very quiet and felt safe. The parking area was huge, clean and well lit. The room was updated and nicely furnished. The owners/managers were so kind as if they wanted you to enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Location was far from rt 90 and rather difficult to find. Entire facility was recently updated and very clean and comfortable. Did not have breakfast but it seemed on par with others of its quality.

Very busy weekend because of the Boilermaker race. Front desk should have been better staffed.

Staff was very accommodating, they let me check in early and had everything I needed. Everything was clean and in its place.

There was not anything wrong with the place. I did not have any problems and did not worry about the room at all on my trip.

It was quiet, clean and just what we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and polite.

The only real issue I had was that there was no elevator. The place was only 2 stories, but I had 2 surgeries and needed the elevator.

We noticed on the morning of leaving that there were broken dorito chips on the floor in our room. We didn't have chips. I think the floor wasn't cleaned.
