Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Beds were comfortable, amenities like microwave and fridge were great.

The pillows were too high so they were uncomfortable. There was no light at the street corner so it was difficult to see where to turn at night. The continental breakfast was kinda pathetic.

The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. It was clean. It was inexpensive compared to most other places during a festival and only a half hour from the Bethel Woods Center of the Arts.

It was very fragrant with cleaner, as someone that is reactive to fragrance that is unappealing, but most people like the fresh, clean scent. Also, it is definitely a bit outdated.

Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of hot food but had cereal, yogurt, coffee and fruit etc. Would have been nice to have the ability to buy snacks from a vending machine. There was one there but nothing was in it.

Breakfast exceeded my expectation. It was really good and tasty. Also, we were late for breakfast and reception still let us in. That was a pleasant surprise, I have never seen this anywhere else!

Carpet needs to be washed. Some scratches on the door some unfinished paint on the walls, but can’t say that bothered me.

The location and where our room was positioned we have a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool was great. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, we love it.

It was so nice we will go back again. Close to shops and diner option. It was very nice to drive around the area by the lake and the Delevare river.

So if you look, you will see a bad review from me prior to this. I would like to say, thank you to Marshall, you were very honest, helpful and straightforward. I will say you were a man of your word. My last stay was upgrade, as we discussed. And the room was perfect. Ive been back twice since that weird , in unusual one . I will be back, and thanks

The location was good for visiting Minnewaska State Park (about 30 minutes away). There were good places to eat in town. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

No towel rack or even a single hook in the bathroom meant nowhere to hang any towels for a family of 4.

Close proximity to where I needed to be, comfortable bed and decent room. I would stay again in future

I was not able to get an early check in, which I understood was not possible, but I was also told no when I asked to use the bathroom facilities, told it was not available to the public. I thought that a bit screwed up, being I WAS checking in that day. After a 2 hour drive, I was badly in need of bathroom facilities and would have greatly appreciated some consideration towards a previous, present and future paying customer.

Across the street from a rails to trails path and a grocery store. Room had good sized refrigerator and microwave

Second time staying here. Staff were wonderful as well as other guests.

There were small holes in the wall, a very large framed picture just laying on the floor by the bed, broken curtains, and when we turned on the air conditioner the room immediately started smelling very unpleasant. We had a connecting room with my brother in law and his room seemed much cleaner than ours.
