The facility exceeded expectations as well as the staff. When we arrived the hotel has different info than what we booked through booking.com (we booked a king suite and they had down a room with only two full beds for us). Sensing my displeasure, albeit composed and understanding, the desk clerk ran out to the parking lot as we were unloading to let us know he was able to rectify the situation, which was wonderful as it was a getaway for my wife and I's first wedding anniversary. Kudos to Rob for making our weekend much better than it looked to be. Thank you for honoring our original plans. Definitely will stay again and recommend to our friends and family visiting Asheville.

Breakfast could go a little later than 930 am, but that's very trivial.

Everything looks and feels fairly new. Spotless, so clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette with sink and an ample desk with integrated power strip and comfortable office chair if you need to do some remote work. Indoor pool is open from early morning to late night. Fitness room is well equipped for a hotel, with new equipment including 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals, a decent set of dumbbells with a robust bench, exercise ball and foam roller. And it's also open until late at night. Nice courtyard with tables and chairs to relax on. Consistent AC maintains an even temperature. Perfect location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Nothing, everything was great!

Everything was clean, and the morning staff was very friendly.

The guy front desk employee was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful at all. The elevator was broken, an old man had to walk down the stairs with a walker, and we had to help an old couple carry down there bags. There is not enough parking close to the building you have to park down in the restraint parking lot next door and park. House keeping would take the towels but not replace with new ones….

The hotel was in a relatively secluded location despite being in a busy area, surrounded by trees and set back off the road which I enjoyed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was restocked promptly to make sure nothing ran out, and everything tasted great. The staff was always friendly, and the rooms were comfortable well equipped with everything we needed.

There were a few things in our room that weren't the cleanest, but nothing major or that I would have considered a problem. A few spots on the couch and on the counter.

Very friendly staff. Great location, close to freeway but no noise from the freeway. Breakfast was maybe a little better than what you might normally get. The oatmeal with the cranberries was a nice surprise. Room was clean and quiet. Plenty of USB outlets at desk and next to bed to charge your phone. Generous bathing supplies.

No door into bathroom area. Toilet/shower room has a door, but prep area with sink/mirror does not. This means that when one in your party wakes up and uses the prep area, everyone else wakes up to -- unavoidable. Also, the platter on the microwave did not turn but did work other than that.

the indoor pool was nice, the room was pleasant and very clean. I liked that there was a separate sitting area/TV.

The room was a bit too small, & one of the employees, a heavy set older black woman with glasses and shoulder length braids was rude and constantly complaining out loud about having to do her job. she made my husband and me extremely uncomfortable. I was literally scared to get breakfast, and to walk by the front desk, and to check out bc I didn’t want her to snap at me again.

Overall, the suite is spacious with a bar area and sofa. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and supportive. The breakfast is great with some variations every morning. The hot water and coffee are available through the day.

The AC is too close to the bed with direct air blowing. I am not sure how people can sleep with this strong air at night. The weather is mild during this time so we are ok with AC turned off.

It was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located to downtown and the interstates. The gentleman Rob that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a list of good places to eat and we chatted the next after we returned from our hike.

I’ve stayed at other Springhill/Marriott hotels and the breakfast that was included was a real letdown compared to others I’ve stayed at. The hot options were limited and lacking. Maybe it was better the next day. We didn’t bother to go to breakfast after the first day.

It was so relaxing after such a long drive so peaceful so restful it was just wonderful .

The peacefulness. I have problems sleeping but I had no problem when I arrived the best Clerk was very accommodating very knowledgeable very friendly it was just a wonderful experience I have added it to my favorite you'll be seeing me a lot more when I'm passing through that area

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

We had a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed with a trundle underneath. A divider or door between the sleeping area and the couch/ kitchen area would have been nice for privacy. As 2 teenagers shared the couch area and 2 adults shared The bedroom area. The 2 tvs are so close with no divide that you couldn't use them both. And can't see the one thats on from the other room.
