Perfect location for visiting Biltmore estate.

Key to room didn’t work. Tried getting new card. Didn’t work. Had to get room reassigned what does clerk came up and made sure we got in the reassigned room. He was very very nice. Construction going on but they stopped the work at seven and restarted at 7 AM. The website says there is absolutely no cancellation without the feet of the entire price of room for any reason or even a modification of your reservation. Was hesitant to work because of this but since I booked the night before, it was pretty sure we would not need to change. If it had been sometime out, I would have chosen another hotel with a different cancellation or change policy.

Excellent location for visiting Biltmore, with close proximity to most of the other things Asheville has to offer. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds. The sofa bed was about par for a hotel, with the dip in the middle and awkward inner springs, but we were expecting that. Parking was free, and during our early April trip we didn't have any trouble getting a space right along the hotel sidewalk and fairly close to the door. Enjoyed the stay!

Would have preferred breakfast to be included free to cut down on the overall trip expenses. There is a paid breakfast option available, but we enjoyed breakfast out each morning we were there.

The place was spotless and had a sleek, contemporary feel. It's conveniently located near all the attractions, and the staff were really friendly.

I was surprised to find out just the day before my check-in that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The place was full of dust and the construction work was happening from 8 am until 7 pm, making it pretty loud.

Even though they are going through a renovation, the upper floors were quiet. Very clean and the bed was comfortable

If you like a super soft pillow, this place is for you, but they were way too soft for me. The room never got cold no matter what I set the thermostat to. It wasn't warm, but I like to sleep fairly chilly and it never got there.

comfort of the 2 bedroom suite with shared living room and kitchenette

the kitchenette had no equipment, not even the cutlery, so prepping any snack in the room, despite kitchenette was not possible!

We ran into an issue with booking, and Johnathan addressed it professionally and promptly. He was also kind and understanding. The young man at the counter was helpful, as well. Rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel had great amenities! Nice bar and sitting area outside.

Damage deposit was fairly low, but it took a full week to refund. My bank doesn't hold deposits. I'm used to deposits being refunded the day after or within 48 hrs, but I'd definitely stay again!

This hotel is perfectly located just a few blocks from the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see! The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a full service bar in the lobby, which was an added bonus. There is a new Starbucks in the same lot, which is convenient for a latte or breakfast sandwich. (I'd prefer almost any other coffee, but you get what you get and you don't throw a fit!) The receptionists were very nice. It was a very popular hotel.

I have no negative comments. I stay in luxury hotels and modest ones, too, and I'd stay here again any day!

Extremely convenient location for our visit to the Biltmore and very quiet despite being right in the heart of things. Nice having a Starbucks right in front of the hotel.

We stayed in a suite and there was no overhead lighting in bedroom. Bathrooms are nice but too small. Breakfast was really nice but would have preferred it buffet style for faster service.

It was a great location near Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. Walking distance to lots of places!

Lots of traffic so if walking be careful!

Room was clean and a nice size. We were going to the Biltmore and this was the perfect location.

Didn't know they were remodeling during our stay. Thankfully there was no noise but the halls were not as clean as I'm sure they normally are.
