The property is beautiful, our room was spacious, clean, quiet and very attractive. Plenty of convenient parking, easy access and egress to/from property.

Breakfast was a total disappointment, would rank lowest of any hotel I’ve stayed at for past three years. All of the food was cold. Frozen waffles were stale. Oatmeal was runny, more like soup. Totally out of place in such an otherwise very nice property.

The breakfast had a variety of options which were very nice to have. I especially liked the hot oatmeal with assorted ingredients to add, the yogurt and fresh fruit, and variety of things day-to-day to go with the eggs. The microwave was available to warm up the platter if necessary. The pillows were great. The workout room was exceptional with its size and the equipment available.

No microwave in the room. Everything was taken away for breakfast at the stroke of 9. No grace period of 5 or 10 minutes. Staff had trouble keeping up with the demand for coffee. Dispensers were frequently low. There as well coffee could be made available longer than the designated breakfast time. Guests were surprised the Labor Day hours were the usual weekday hours and not an extension of the weekend hours for the holiday.

Didn't have breakfast at this location, but the location for awesome! We were able to explore Chapel Hill before our Trip and it was very exciting and Beautiful. We made it to the airport on time and it was so convenient!

The only thing that we didn't like was miscommunication. We checked in around 11 PM and told the front desk clerk that our flight was at 7 and we could leave around 4, but she didn't put in the computer the morning clerk had to set it up for us. This location was OK which was refreshingly surprising. We will return if we ever fly out of Raleigh again.

Room was spacious.

Couldn’t shut off the light in room 330 to sleep unless the main switch was shut off. If main switch was shut off, then you couldn’t put on the bathroom light. It was strange the light switch in that room. That’s why they have this panel by the bed with leaf pattern on it, to help remove the light from shining in your eyes. But I didn’t enjoy having that light on in the room. Mattress could be firmer too.

The rooms were good and spacious and we slept well. The breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The bed was not made up on check in and we had to get the sheets and do so ourselves. We also had to get fresh towels from reception whenever needed. Also the rooms are not cleaned daily, around every 4 days.

The property was perfect for my sister and I! We had a little trouble finding the hotel, but we called and spoke with Amanda and she guided us the right way. She and Darryl made the experience amazing for us! They were both super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and they had a large seating area if you wanted to stay downstairs.

Booking.com may need to update the property's address. When I put it in my GPS, we got a little turned around, but the staff know exactly how to get you there if you need to call them!

The location was great for me. Very nice and quiet. The room size was awesome! The room and the hotel are very clean and that's very important to me. Also, let me point out that the water pressure in the bathroom as well as the drainage are fantastic. That's not always the case with hotels, even the really good ones. So I really appreciated that. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Really fantastic hotel and stay.

The only negative was that there was no room service. Only after the 4th day stay they come to clean and re-supply the toiletries, towels and coffee. But it's a minor inconvenience anyway.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean with a modern decor. Rooms were comfortable, really cozy beds and pillows. Breakfasts were OK although I always find hotel scrambled eggs to be pretty tasteless.

The scrambled eggs. One of my family members had a Palmetto bug run across her wall and the hotel gave one night's credit. We brought the bug down to the front desk at 1 am in a glass. Hey, it's the south. Even the finest of homes gets the Palmetto bugs every now and then, is what it is.

Very nice and clean. The rooms are a great size and the shower is amazing. The common area where breakfast was served was very clean and breakfast provided lots of choices. We enjoyed the seating area with individual tvs in the lobby area during breakfast each day.

Parking lot is small, but we were there during a very busy weekend.

Very nice rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. Beds are comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gym was surprisingly nice - really has enough equipment to do my regular workout at a normal gym.

The pool is small and they don’t have a hot tub. I always like to have a hot tub.
