The hotel had a central and convenient location. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious, and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning was a hassle! I turned it off because it was noisy, but the fan couldn't be switched off even when set to auto. A security staff member came to the room and assured me it was fixed and would turn off in two minutes, but that never happened. I emailed the reception through the booking app, but I only received a reply at 7 a.m. the next day. As a result, I had to sleep with the constant fan noise.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are great with excellent views of the city.

My only complaint is you need to check out the breakfast buffet before you commit to it. The first time I stayed here it was excellent and everything was fresh, but this last time there was very little food out and most of it seemed overheated and was not worth the price per person. Obviously this is only an option in the mornings and you can choose somewhere else to go. The food we ordered the night before was great so maybe this was just a one-time thing.

Very nice and chic hotel! Check-in no problem! Breakfast was good and the location is great if everything you need is in uptown Charlotte or you simply want to be centrally located.

I initially booked my hotel room for one night. On my first night, the next morning when it was time for check-out, I called the front desk to attempt to get a late checkout and was met with an auctioneer. She told me that check out was at 11:00 AM. I let her know that I was aware of that, I was inquiring about a LATE CHECKOUT. She says I don't know maybe 11:30. I said ma'am I've stayed at hotels all across the world and late checkout is generally between, 1-2:00 PM. So she extended the checkout until 12:00 PM. I ended up extending it because I found out last minute that I would need to stay another day but it was a lot of back and forth that I've never had to go through in the past. Very distasteful and unprofessional.

Directly across concert facility, which was excellent! PAY FOR VALET! We did not but definitely will next time. Employees were extremely friendly and welcoming!

The website says continental breakfast but when we went downstairs, we couldn’t find. Paid coffee and breakfast was found but that was all.

The location is excellent for concert and game. A lot things to do around and close to the train station to visit brewery.

I loved everything. The parking price increased.

The room was phenomenal-super super clean and beautiful. Everyone was very patient and friendly. We came the weekend of the Gold Cup and the Alicia Keys concert and it was super busy but from start to finish everyone at the hotel-janitors and cleaners included.

I was a little confused about the parking but I figured it out!

Location was good and staff were all very nice. Only issue was hotel charged me for parking as did the machine when I left. Front desk is helping with that and she’s very kind.

Due to the concert the night before, it was very hard to get an elevator to the parking deck as all elevators were full at check out for over 20 mins. We tried to take the stairs but could only go as far as level 1 and then the stair well was blocked off, so we still had to wait for an empty elevator to get us down to the parking deck

You have to use your hotel key for elevators every time even to go to different floors I also paid for a room with a balcony on it, and the pictures of the room and balcony were not accurate Balcony was super small.

The body was container was empty. It would also be nice to have a glass in the bathroom or a couple extra cups available. Same with coffee for the coffee maker . There was only 1 decaf. We asked the front desk to replace for our second day . It was but no extra creamer or cups.
