Very clean, spacious room. Giant shower in the bathroom and the most comfortable bed. Great location close to many restaurants, shops and attractions downtown you can walk to, including the NASCAR hall of fame across the street. The indoor pool and gym were small but nice to have. We used both and they were clean and never crowded. There’s an evening reception with complimentary drinks and finger food/snacks. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Hot, fresh and good variety. My husband had an omelet cooked to order every morning and Wanda, the singing chef, was so pleasant she made us smile every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful answering questions and making us feel welcome. The hotel was very busy the weekend we came with two family reunions but we were still well taken care of.

There was a family reunion party one night and our room (530 on the 5th floor) must have been above the rental meeting room because we heard the DJ playing music at night. The walls are a little thin in these rooms. We could hear kids through the wall to the family staying next door. It wasn’t to the point of disturbing our stay or keeping us from sleeping though.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Was handy to have the microwave and mini-fridge. Bathroom amenities were lovely. Also enjoyed the pool! The staff we interacted with (bar whoever answered the call re our pullout) were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was not fantastic, only ate there the day we left to save time. Booked a room with a pullout because we were two adults and a child. Would have been useful to have the pullout made up on arrival rather than being told to make it ourselves, that the sheets were in the closet. Even having sheets on the bed and then put away for aesthetics would have been better than opening it to find a bare mattress. Will know to request this in advance next time. Child shared a bed with us on the first night because we were tired from traveling. Grateful the housekeeper made the pullout for us the next day.

The location is awesome and very convenient. Our room was quiet, with a great view of the city. Great size, smelling so good but we noticed that our bathroom floor was very dirty around the cabinets and we found a used plastic cup behind the curtains in the bedroom. All the staff was incredible. The reception team (especially Ron- he was amazing) were excellent, helpful and very polite. We had an amazing stay and besides this cleaning issue, we will definitely come back to stay there again.

Variety at breakfast was great. The room was spacious and located very well for the work I was doing at the convention centre.

I was unable to get outside on the deck from the pool. The pool is tiny and too small for any fitness swimming. The coffee maker in the room was unsatisfactory, and didn't work. A basic kettle with decent cups and a few utensils would be much better. There is a microwave in the room but no utensils!

Particular thanks to Desmond on reception who went out of his way to help us several times. Also to the breakfast staff who were a joy helping to start your day right. We loved the free drinks and nibbles each night. Spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Not so easy to get refreshments out of hours. The pool was very small. The outside terrace doors weren’t always open yet it is a beautiful place to relax. M

Breakfast was good, room was huge and comfortable, location was perfect.

I had a specific rate through booking.com and the hotel tried to charge $87 above that rate. I had to call booking.com (inconvenience when this should not happen) for them to tell the hotel what they needed to charge me. Plus they charge $75 per night security deposit. Hopefully I will see the refund for both of these things in the coming 10 days.

Everything rooms was spacious with big windows . The breakfast was amazing and the complimentary happy hour passes was amazing . Plenty of restaurants and the arena is only 3 blocks up . Pick this place hotel trust me it’s 4 star could be 5 if the fix the gym

The guy who worked the bar with the crooked eye has a nasty attitude and he doesn’t blend in with this nice hotel . He truly needs to go even one of the ladies had to apologize to me for his nasty attitude. The gym had a lot of broken machines and really no equipment. Everything else was fine

Clean and walking distance to everything uptown. Across the street from the NASCAR museum and plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the breakfast and happy hour. The lobby and bar area is comfortable and staff were amazing.

Pillows for the bed are small and not comfortable. Upgrade to king size pillows.

The breakfast was great, the staff was wonderful, and I especially enjoyed Wanda the cook, on our last day, she was very happy and polite and had very good energy.

The pillows were to small and very unpleasant to sleep on, the bed could be a little softer, and better parking, valet was a little expensive, also the second floor has great outside seating, it would be nice to had a bar for the people how smoke cigars and music.

Excellent Location - Breakfast was perfect! The valet service is top notch - they have a smooth process for drop off and they are fast to get the cars out for check out. Very professional valet staff -courteous and kind. The hotel is super clean and we will most definitely stay here again.

There was not enough front door staff - the one person was trying to handle it all- plus the Starbucks counter is no Bueno, the staff was having to help the front desk and make the drinks - and she did not have the supplies she needed to make the drink- literally no milk and used half and half instead. Still charged the full price and the drink was not even filled up. Really not her fault but it should have just been tossed and closed up. I paid and accepted it just to not make a big issue of it- she did not need the extra hassle. It was busy -busy in there. It really should be closed if you do not have what is needed to offer the service. No restaurant is open in the evening but the front desk does say there is one at check in- so they may need to retrain the process maybe.
