The floors wasnt that clean, used condom wrapper by the bed and old cigarettes on the floor

The staff were polite.

Nice place if it has elevators and laundry service (which we already know they don’t exist before booking). It’s nice to have someone to help lift the bags and a laundry service or a partnership to save us from commuting and waiting for hours at the laundromat. Side problems are the tenants who sometimes keep chatting at night, and smoking despite it’s prohibited in the property.

Rooms are too small for double beds

Staff was very friendly and overly helpful. Very well lit outside the room at night.

Uncourteous neighbors being too loud at 4 AM. Very well lit outside the room at night.

Paid cash and card was also charged.

The location is fine

No breakfast No coffee or any way to make it No seat on the toilet either! And make sure u bring all your toiletries BC they will not provide anything at all

Decent sized refrigerator.

Bedding unwashed with hairs on it. Ice machine empty. No lighting at bedside. Room too crowded and small to reach electric outlets. Scuffed and dirty bathroom door. Large gap under front door that anything could crawl into the room.
