Staff is very very nice and super understanding. Always around when I needed them. Very clean rooms as well.

First night there was no hot water but the front desk lady compensated and gave me a different room. Also no breakfast but that’s ok too.

The rooms are always clean, the location is perfect, and the price is very competitive for the area

The only issue I had was that the maid service never asked if we needed anything for the 2 days that we occupied our room

The room was clean, temperature of the room was great

There was little to no hot water in the sink or shower, after checking out I told the manager, and she adjusted the bill for the inconvenience and said she would take care of the problem. It was handled very well

Shuttle bus service to and from the airport and to Greyhound Bus station. Close walking to various shops and bars..

Cheap, well run, helpful staff and comfortable. They accommodated us on short notice, too! A big plus from me.

The surroundings of the hotel were a little sketchy, almost all Uber drivers commented on this when we were picked up and dropped off suggesting it isn't the safest of locations. However, we had no issues.

The staff was very friendly. Easy, quick check in. The lobby and other facilities were very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Looks like it was a rushed cleaning job in the room. My mom was an executive housekeeper for years. The room was not cleaned properly.

The area was very good for breakfast and lunch and dinner meals all were very close together and excellent food and home feeling.

The property is definitely in a great location easy to find but the hotel it self isn’t worth the money I paid.

The beds are too hard the floors need to be a little bit cleaner.

Had laundry facilities and cute little area where me and friends took pictures

Stains on toilet seat. & It was kind of confusing to find room especially with it being combined with two other hotels

Beds were comfortable everything was fairly clean price was good

The breakfast in the restaurant was terrible. I would return to hotel but not breakfast
