The stay was great. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. They also helped straighten out the check in process which was difficult due to the form of payment I used to reserve the room.

I was able to secure the reservation online with Paypal but when I arrived to check in, the hotel did not accept my Paypal card for payment. It took cancelling the reservation, then had to redo the reservation and pay online, which ended up charging me $44 more and also gave me a lesser room than the original one I had wanted to book.

Exceptional staff - really cares. Even the other guests seemed warm & friendly. Great room with separate bedroom and full kitchen We enjoyed watching the kids play basketball. Good breakfast. Terrific deal

Furnishings in room felt tired and over used. Plastic plates & silverware at breakfast. Poor acoustics - we could hear other guests walking down the hallway

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, I like that someone makes the waffles for us. It's nice having the shopping center nearby. Having a mini kitchen and a living area was nice to have since we were there for a few days. It didn't feel crowded.

The floor I was staying on smelt like smoke. The room itself was fine, but getting off the elevator all I could smell was cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was great with big selection and clean. The whole hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. Would stay again.

No fan in the bathroom (just toilet and shower in there sink on outside in room) so when I took a hot shower then opened the door the smoke alarm went off for about a minute from the steam. This was at 730am so woke my family up and probably neighbors Had a lot of traffic noise at night. AC was set to 68 but would not come on at all.

I live just 1/2 mile from the hotel. Because of plumbing damage, we could not use any water. So we checked in to the Residence for one night. We have travelled extensively in the past and I can honestly say this is the best facility we have ever been too. Clean, staff friendly and most of all the breakfast. The food was excellent and the server was extremely helpful and courteous. She not only brought our food to the table, but she asked if we wanted refills on coffee and juice. She also asked if there was any food we wanted seconds on. My just wanted more bacon and she brought another plate.

The toilet seat was for a child. Much too low.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Better than I could have imagined. But the staff was the absolute best. We were celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday and everyone was so kind to her. She felt so special. Literally everyone we saw told her happy birthday and were willing to do anything to help us celebrate her.

Friendly staff. Very convenient two bedroom suite for our family. A perfect stay for our family. The breakfast attendant was super nice.

Suggest they stop using disposable Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast. Terrible for the environment and cheapens the ambience of a nice hotel.

We absolutely loved our suite!! The 500 sq. ft. room had everything we needed for us and our two grandchildren. A whole kitchen area with glasses, cups, plates, and all that it's needed for a stay over! The room was very clean! Right enough space for a family of four and the whirlpool was what my husband and I needed after a long drive and day! The children loved the pool!!

The room should have two TVs in a large suite instead of just one.

AMAZING! Everything was beautiful. clean. I felt comfortable and safe. I actually took the time to look for something unacceptable and I found nothing! we booked the King Suite with the kitchenette. The kitchen part came with clean glasses and dishes. EVERYTHING was beautiful. The young man at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was GREAT. There’s a lady who helps to assist in the breakfast area and she was AMAZING. We came to visit relatives in Charlotte and we have definitely found our go to place to stay!

It was spacious and clean I love the fact that there were utensils and everything you would need to cook for yourself the bed was comfortably and the water pressure in the shower was lovely I will definitely come stay again

The only think I didn't like was there was no trash can in the kitchen but that was the only thing
