I like how the stuff was very friendly and helpful. They let you know what the hote had tol offer to you. Like the room was very clean n big and I even cooked dinner on the stove for my family in the room. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The price was also great for the length of time we stayed.

It was nothing I didn't like about the place.

Yes the breakfast was fine for us. Oatmeal, muffins, coffee. The location was perfect for the 3 sets of people we visited. We did not need kitchen facilities but its nice that its there for those who do.

Unfortunately people were smoking inside their rooms. When we came in at night the air in the hallway was terrible. Filled with lots of smoke and hard to breath. I reported it to the front desk the next morning. It still had a smokey smell but not as bad as the night before. They said it is a non-smoking site but couldn't find out who was smoking.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was given a room that was already occupied. However the nice lady at the front desk solved the issue by giving me an upgraded room. No extra charge.

Staff is always friendly and understanding and there to take care of your needs. the manager is excellent and very professional and helpful with hotel guests.

There is nothing I can say that I don’t like about the property.

That my room was very clean, which was a plus during these times. The staff was accomodating and took some of the edge off from the long drive and the pressure of ha ing to be somewhere at a specific time.

The confusion at check in and the bed. The bed wasn't comfortable and there were no extra blankets in the room. I put the heat on 74 thinks it would heat the room but, it didn't...

the only thing i didnt like about the property is that i had my pets with me but i could tell that the carpet isn’t cleaned properly after each pet i think the pet rooms carpets need to be cleaned every so often because its so many different dogs that be in them room but everything else was great i will stay there again

King size bed was absolutely wonderful comfortable relaxing. cleanlinc cleanliness was great!

Breakfast food could have been better very basic

Good location, no traffic noise, close to places for coffee, dinner. Had 2 desk chairs so we could both sit at the table,/desk

Shower didn't look clean but maybe it was just worn acrylic

The room was updated and very clean, staff very helpful and friendly! Linens and towels - bright white. Nice to have the kitchen as well, nice shower head and water pressure. Clean toilet, tub, laminate floors, comfy bed. Simple, clean and affordable, definitely would recommend for a short stay.

My only tiny complaint would be people talking loudly right outside my window early Sunday morning.. but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Exceptionally clean room and public areas; friendly and efficient staff.

Somewhat hard to find due to very inadequate signage on Park Road. Property is set far back from Park Road and not visible either from Park Road or from the adjacent highway (I485); a tiny sign is posted on Park Road that only displays the Extended Stay logo.
