The hot breakfast provided every morning was a very satisfying bonus with the stay. Delicious options and nicely prepared. Indoor pool and Hot tub was great amenities as well. Area was well maintained

The comfort of the beds was not great (queen bed) Causing back pain to me and my partner, resulting in loss of sleep. Mattress seems to be extra firm!

The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The entire facility was clean and well decorated. The pool was available for use, and the hot tub worked well. The courtyard area had lots of seating, grills, games, and a beautiful water fountain. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar had ample options. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

I enjoyed the turkey sausage and pork sausage options for breakfast the first morning of my stay. I personally am not a fan of biscuits and gravy, so I didn't enjoy breakfast as much the second day. Nevertheless, there were several nonmeat options, and my family was able to receive a sufficient meal.

Found this place by chance for my anniversary that just so happened to fall on a weekday this year. When we checked in, there was a social going on in the dining area with free food and drinks! The staff were so friendly and invited us to come back down and hang out then also let us keep a whole bottle of one of the unfinished, barely opened bottles of wine (They opened the second one when we told them it was our special day). They were also super nice when we had asked for more sheets/ pillows. Although my husband had to go down to grab them, we didn’t mind since the staff were so nice and it was much better they asked if we wanted to go grab it versus just letting us wait since the person who hands them out was busy at the time. Overall, super good stay and we definitely will be back!

We were happy. The price-quality ratio. In this price category, this was the best breakfast, there was no microwave in the kitchen, we had to go and make porridge in the room. But everything is super, a beautiful area for walks, a beautiful lobby where breakfast is served. We took a room with a mini kitchen, there were all the dishes and even pots. If we go in this direction again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. The bathroom was clean.

I liked that the room had a kitchen area and the living room was very comfortable. The hotel was located close to a gas station, Japanese restaurant & other food places. It was about a 5-20 drive to get to Carowinds which was great.

I don't think housekeeping had been to our room in a while because when we checked in there was no soap, hand lotion or anything at the face basin/sink like you normally see in hotels. The shampoo, conditioner & h=shower gel dispensers were also not full.

The employees that worked in the breakfast area were extremely pleasant throughout our entire stay they went above and beyond to make our experience good.

On arrival the desk Clerk was not helpful after I showed her my confirmation number she kept insisting she didn't have a reservation for me under that number instead of try to apologize and get me a room she then told me I could get a room but I would have to pay the walk-in price. At no time did she seem sorry for my inconvenience. we had a family 14 people to be staying there for that period my suggestion is to remind the employees that even if the guest is confused or and error was made in the system try to be emphatic to their needs. I have been in customer service for 40 years, and I know it can be difficult, but staying pleasant is the key to return business.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was near everything. Best of all - the entire staff was friendly. Even spoiled a few of my family members with grits for breakfast. The social evenings were good to hear about, but it was the day before we left, so I couldn't participate. My girls loved the they had their own room and bathroom this hotel stay.

Breakfast variety would be an excellent added touch. For example, orange and apple juice, pancakes instead of waffles, hash instead of potatoes - but it's no big deal because the breakfast was good.

I like everything about this hotel. It smelled clean and not of cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly and always walked by with a smile. Our two bedroom was perfect for our family. Absolutely NO BUGS! Super clean and pool area was clean.

Only one elevator, pool water didn't feel heated at all and shower didn't get as hot but hot enough.

The design of the facility was adorable. The pool area was well designed. I liked the patio area as well.

The facility had over 50 rooms per floor, so it was like a maze to find our room. The one elevator was an issue, but the stairs were enjoyable to use. The bedding comforter was an issue. It should certainly be longer for guests over 6’. If my hands weren’t cold, my feet were.

Clean, great breakfast with tons of options, nice shower area with glass doors, gave us tons of wash clothes and towels, big soft king size pillows, entire kitchen setup was great, provided all Soaps shampoos lotion, hot tub nice, big pool, Staff was nice. Room was quiet. Elevator was safe feeling. Parking was close and lot was well lit.

The hot tub/pool hours are restricted from 8am to 10pm.
