Everything was expected since I am a regular at this location for close to a year now. I love the rooms location and overall facility.

I booked the room prior to coming but the day before I found the same room for $25 cheaper. I canceled the first reservation and rebooted the same room for the cheaper price and upon check in they charged me th3 first booking price and stayed they one seen one reservation when I clearly showed them I had canceled that one and rebooted and had two different confirmation numbers and they didn't care they charged me the higher price. First time every and definitely not happen that experience since I been staying at this location for almost a year.

The location was great for what we were in town for, parking was very accessible, and overall look of hotel was presentable and pleasant.

There was A LOT of late night rowdy-ness from other guests, that continued for quite some time well after 11PM. There was music and loud conversation with excited cheers and screams and occurred both inside the hotel and outside in the courtyard. We understand it was a Saturday night, however it would have definitely kept us awake had we been trying to sleep. One evening there were police at the locations entrance. We also found a few pieces of miscellaneous trash around the room and unfortunately what appeared to be dog feces next to a chair in the corner.

This really was a nice clean and spacious rooms and cheap to me I'm the type that read reviews but this was kinda of a last min thing so I booked 1st then went to the reviews and alot of them had me nervous but after the stay I realize I must got lucky because I did see any of the things the bad reviews said

The reviews some people's you can never satisfy so go with your gut because I really felt comfortable staying here and will be back

I loved the location we were within a 15 minute drive to every where we went I definitely loved the hotel was a little disappointed that the website advertise breakfast definitely need to update that but because of covid the restaurant was closed other than that everything was awesome

The staff was great! The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was close to many places to eat and have fun.

We were there for 4 days and not once did housekeeping come in to take out the garbage. Not sure if it was due to covid protocol or not. I could probably called the front desk but decided to let it go because the experience was great over all.

everything except if you stay in room 100 you can hear everyone go in and out of the main door. they provide mini fridges but no microwaves.

the pop up inspection that was done while I had to evacuate the room on a hurt/injured leg and the staff went in the room while I had to wait in hallway with a staff member that did NOT speak English.

I loved everything about my stay. Friendly staff. The location was near everything. The room was exquisite. The view overlooking the pool and the courtyard was phenomenal. I was just passing through on my way from Pittsburgh PA to Georgia where I just relocated, and I honestly wish I could have stayed at least another night. And also I've recently stay in an in town suite and another exclusive hotel that I will not name and the microwaves we're dirty in both places. And the microwave in my room at the Sonesta of course with clean.

I really appreciate it the continental breakfast the only thing that was missing was orange juice and bottled water. If you are at a little more complete breakfast, you could not keep people away.

Great spot if you’re needing to go to the PNC pavilion. Charlotte doesn’t have much public transport so Uber is the best way I got around and it was super easy going to this hotel, with freeways close by. Staff are super lovely and my room was massive and clean. The bed was really comfy!

Everything was great except the woman who was there during the day.

The woman who worked during the morning-day shift could have been a little more friendly.....asked for room service on my 3rd day because I was out of towels and trash was overflowing the 2 small trash cans in my room.....she told me I was only allowed room service after the 4th day :(

The pool was closed past noon the 2nd day of our stay so we were unable to use it due to our afternoon schedule. The pool closes at 9 even though there are lights around the pool where it could be open later. The snacks in the lobby are ridiculously priced. It would be cheaper to walk across to chik fil a and buy food!
