Much better breakfast than a lot of places I've been to. They had batter ready for making your own waffles and a really nice selection of other food!

There was something on the curtains in our room and we don't know what it was.

The gentleman who checked me in was very courteous and fast. I would consider staying here again. The location is Great!!

My microwave did not work properly and I did let the front desk clerk know when checking out. The sink faucet fixture in the bathroom was shaky and not secured very well. The toilet seat was also wobbly. I didn't complain to the staff about it because these are minor items but just small details that detracted a little bit from my stay.

The room was big and spacious.. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind

Pillows were a little small for my like. Also, I didn't like they deactivated my keys very early on the checkout morning; I went out to workout at 6am and when came back to the room, my keys were not working. I have to say that staff on front desk was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience and provided me with new keys.

Room was clean (and smelled clean), comfortable. We had a King Suite and the room was spacious and love having a sofa to watch TV. Bathroom was clean, microwave and refrigerator worked. Loved having a separate counter area outside the bathroom to put makeup on and dry my hair. Bed was comfortable and the outside hallways smelled clean. Hotel was near restaurant and a shopping mall. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also had a waffle maker, cereals and fruit.

Everything was great except for one of the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the parking lot street light came through at the top. Bathroom sink was a little too high for my 5'2" height but was doable.

The staff was amazing!! I had an Amazon package delivered their and the front desk guy made sure I got it. I have never been anywhere from a different state alone before, so to have him so welcoming and kind to me was a bonus!! I LOVED my room!! It was always clean and smelled fresh like a summer breeze!! Our bed was so soft and hugable that we didn't want to get out of it!!! The breakfast buffet was OMG it had everything you could want for breakfast besides turkey or non pork items. I personally love my pork, but my boyfriend doesn't eat pork, so he was disappointed.. To be located in a seem to be busy area, it was so quiet, and I LOVED that the MOST!!!

The stay was fantastic. We didn't have any problems with outside noises or other guests. My nephew really enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast in the morning was great. We really appreciated that before getting started with our day.

We had to pay an extra 50 dollar fee at check in that was not explained when I booked. I paid in full and did not plan for that expense. The receptionist at check in was NOT friendly. The receptionist at check out was fantastic though. He did a great job of explaining things better.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating with our late check-in. Room was spacious and had more amenities than expected. Breakfast hostess and food selection was wonderful! Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Can't really think of anything except the location was in a curve, and it was difficult to see either way when trying to leave the parking lot.

The breakfast was good. They had the usual cereal, muffins, eggs, meat, biscuits, and gravy. Juice is always nice. My husband missed the chocolate milk. Loved the smell of the hotel as you entered!

Wished they had a better variety of fruit and diabetic-friendly foods. It was hard for me to find something that was good for me to eat. I had to pick up something while we were out and about.

Breakfast was great, location great, and I appreciate the cleanliness and sanitation. The beds were comfortable, however, the mattress on the sofa was horrible as it was extremely uncomfortable.

The sofa mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The sofa cushion was a bit soiled and needed a steam cleaning.

Staff was very nice

Bed was kind of worn out on one side. Also the sleeper sofa could use a new mattress. Bathroom tub faucet not working properly. When taking a shower you are kind of taking a bath at the same time. Tv has a line through it and not many channels. No real horrible problems and I would stay here again.
