Great location… off highway 85 easy on easy off … Great restaurant near by fast foo and sit down dining. The breakfast was a great . I would stay there again

parking is a little tight for a pickup truck. if you have a trailer you will need to find someplace else to park.

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms and helpful staff. Matt at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me check in early when I had to have a work meeting. Though I am not happy with the policy of having to pay the full total AGAIN as a deposit, I wish that was told me to before they charged me $50 upfront plus the total cost of my stay ad its been 4 days and I have not seen it back on my card. Nonetheless, the area was right near all the food places, the mall and the concord regional airport where we flew in. The wifi was just ok as I was here for family and for work and went in and out, the breakfast has limited options but it was free so I can not complaint. I would stay here again if it was cheaper. The price of $340 was not the best for only staying 2 nights.

The pricing and the full payment deposit again upfront was not the best. The wifi was also in and out, not the best for people working at the hotel.

Location near the PNC Music Pavilion was great - very short distance. Also located in an area with lots of restaurants for your evening meal. We also were very comfortable in the bed - however the height of the bed could have been lower because it was difficult to get into for a petite person. The breakfast was fabulous - couldn't have gotten a better selection of items if you tried. Checkout time was convenient as well.

Because the hotel is dog-friendly, at midnight the night we stayed a large dog (German Shepherd) barked, barked and did more barking for at least two hours. I love dogs, but not after a long trip and long evening when the barking is keeping me from getting my much-needed rest. I did mention it to staff during check-out who only said it may have been a service dog - but I know from our family's personal experience service dogs are very mellow and don't bark continuously.

Excellent location to mall, restaurants, local stores and easy access to the interstate. This was the second time my family has stayed at this location. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasure to see some of the same employees working from our previous trip 2 years ago! All staff was professional, however; PERRY went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist us! I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

I would suggest updated bedding (pillows). The pillows have been over washed & a bit flat.

one of the vents was very loud and allot of cold air was coming through the big crack. looks like the vent attached to the wall was not sealed properly, but was able to warm room with both heating units to make it comfortable. TV issue. kept asking to put in code multiple times, but issue was resolved by maintenance. They replaced the TV and problem solved.
