The staff was awesome. Loved the heated pool. The location was really good, right next ro the mall. I loved that it was non smoking, but had the benches outside for smokers. I could enjoy the morning breeze with a cup of coffee & vape or smoke..& did not have to smell it in the room or hotel.

I didnt like that the waffle iron only came out on the weekends (sat/sun) and I had a room with a king bed but it seemed a tad bit crowded. Also didnt like the entryway just before the bathroom where the sink was didnt have a door. The sink was separate from the bathroom/shower.

We stayed here for the purpose of going to a concert at PNC Music Pavilion. It was super convenient to the venue. We also liked that it is close to Concord Mills, UNC Charlotte and an easy drive to uptown Charlotte. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

This did not bother me, but I could see some folks having difficulty sleeping with the very near traffic noise. The hotel is very close to the highway. The elevators seem a little sketchy.

Location and overall confront

House keeping came on Friday but didn't finish the normal routine trash was not removed or dirty towels or bed made was every other day it's like they started and didn't get time to finish was good everywhere day.

The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It’s got shopping and great restaurants all around it, so the location was perfect.

It is LOUD. The hotel is very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic. I’d stay there again, but I’d ask to be at the end of building away from the noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was spotless in my opinion.

Some confusion with housekeeping when our room was almost skipped despite not having a DND sign showing. But they took care of it right away. The hotel could use an ATM machine.

Convenient to everything we were going to. Nicely decorated and very clean.

The elevator was a little scary between 4th and 5th floor. It made a lot of noise between floors.

There was not enough soap in the room. There was not enough soap to wash your hands. and not enough shampoo to wash your hair. other then that all went well.

Breakfast was great, The hotel is a in great location for everything food and sight seeing.

There nothing wrong.

The bed was overly squishy and not supportive. It felt like it needed to be replaced. The room was starting to show its age and needed a few minor repairs to the desk top and other areas that would have spruced it up.

Breakfast was pretty good and had a variety. The best thing by far were the people who worked at this hotel. They took care of me like family. They let me check in early because I was having an unforeseen situation. The general manager even gave me a ride to the airport because I was having trouble with my ride-share. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit the area.

Everything was fine except I couldn't get the sink drain to open. Not sure if it was my fault or something was wrong with it, but it was a minor thing. Also, there was no clock in the room, but I didn't really need one.
