I was very impressed with all the staff I interacted with. They were all very friendly and helpful. Location for me was perfect since I was able to charge my Tesla at the electric chargers just off the back of the hotel. Close to The Factory so I could take my grandchildren who I was visiting and enjoy all the nearby activities.

I wish there was someplace to sit outside to enjoy the mountain air. They have a few benches right outside the front door but since this is where the smokers need to gather, (not that I begrudge them that I understand) but there isn't anywhere else to sit outside,

I liked the location and the staff was great and very willing to help.

I don’t like that they cancelled my stay because the credit card information wasn’t correct. I corrected it and it wasn’t forwarded to the hotel so my booking was cancelled. Because there was a hold on card when I rebooked, my card went over the limit when I tried to pay for the room at check in. So I basically paid for the room twice.

The location was a perfect commute to the facility that I was working at. It is surrounded by many restaurants that are in walking distance and if you're a coffee lover like myself Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are located less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

I love the employees especially the receptionist in the morning. She’s great and she made our stay very comfortable. Very sweet to my children.

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel you made the right choice. Just don’t expect too much.

I stayed while working a travel nursing contract and the first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness of room, as well the friendly staff, everyone was so nice. The restaurants are very close to the hotel so that was also a plus.

My only dislike is that the room didn't have a mini fridge

Just needed a quick, clean place to sleep while hiking sections of AT. Right off hwy but quiet. Several eating places and a grocery store within sight/walking distance. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Room was very clean, bed comfy, everything worked fine. Could tell it was older, ie. Some minor repairs and cracks, but had been updated and pleasant to the eye as well as clean. Staff friendly. Other guests seemed like me - staying a night or 2 and moving on.

It was my first time in Franklin, I was visiting friends for the holidays so the location of the hotel was perfect. It was super clean and the staff was friendly and engaging! I’ll be back this winter!

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about my stay!

Our room was very small but very clean and the bed very comfortable. We were in Franklin NC to attend a concert at the Smoky Mountain Music Center and we could easily walk to our concert from the motel. We also walked to a near by restaurant from the motel. What we liked best was the location.

The motel is old. No elevator to upper floors only steps. No small refrigerator in the room.

Easy access from the highway, local to quick eats.

My immediate family that stayed there at the same time had issues with their rooms. They only replaced towels in our room with two each day instead of 3 so we had to keep going down to the lobby and get an extra towel for my son.

We loved the location because it is in the center of everything. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times and always the most comfortable beds and friendly staff. You can even make your own waffles for breakfast.
