Location was fantastic. Went to visit some on NC mountains and waterfalls and it was a 45-minute drive or less to 2 different state parks and at least 3 mountains. The breakfast was phenomenal, staff was extremely friendly, professional and customer service driven.

The bathrooms had some water damage in the walls behind the toilet tissue holder and in the shower. The wall was extremely hollow with the whole wall shaking when you went to unroll some toilet tissue and the same with the shower wall, the whole thing would wobble and shake when retrieving a washcloth from the towel bar in the shower itself.

The breakfast was good. Nice variety of foods and drinks. The pool was nice and refreshing.

The pillows were too soft and too small. The spa in the pool area was warm but the jets just shot straight up and were not able to be directed at specific areas. Also the water never got hot like a spa should. Cold water was actually coming out of the jets. The Adirondack chairs in the pool area were good for lounging but very uncomfortable to put on or remove shoes due to the slope of the seat. A few regular chairs would have been better.

The breakfast was just perfect! We were looking to stay somewhere comfortable but relatively inexpensive on our way back home from FL. The beds were great. The pet fee was reasonable. We’re grateful we found this clean, reasonably-priced, comfortable stay on our long trip.

It was hardly an issue, but the bathroom was a little run-down. There was a big crack in the bottom of the tub that looked like someone had attempted patching, but it didn’t hold very well.

Facilities were nicely decorated and well taken care of in the lobby and breakfast/ eating area and the pool. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

Bathroom was in slightly rough condition and needed remodeling. I.e. wallpaper was coming off and tacked on with nails. Room safe did not work. Staff seemed not happy about finding and providing extra towels for swimming, but other than those few minor details, our stay was really nice.

staff was very friendly . I requested a room on the ground floor and there was no problem with my request. Rooms are clean. Beds and shower were both very good. The breakfast was exceptional- there is staff there cooking and keeping everything full. The lobby was nicely decorated. The location is close to 77.

I have no complaints. Everything was very good for the money.

Great free breakfast. Employees helping patrons very nice and helpful.Pool was a plus for entertaining kids. Beds and sheets awesome.

Property maintenance is deferred. Pool air filters in the ceiling covered with dust. Bathroom ceiling peeling in room. Didn't read the decription well..no elevator but only 2 floors

Booked my stay but when I got to the hotel they did not have my room booked. Even when I gave them the confirmation number from booking.com. I was able to get a room and when they found out I had traveled over 500 miles for a funeral, they gave me a discount. They staff were wonderful!

The breakfast was awesome! So much variety and great tasting. Like a home cooked meal. Most hotels offer cereal and maybe yogurt. We had waffles, a variety of eggs, juices, cereals, yogurt, bagels, biscuits and gravy and more! The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable with really soft sheets and a plethora of cute half pillows. The woodsy area to walk your dog was park like and even had poop bags. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was homey. The price was great for what we experienced.

This place is great! Wonderful staff, everything clean, amazing breakfast... could go on and on. The holiday decor was exceptional... well done! The only negative was that the wifi was down, but that is the fault of Century Link, not the hotel. The interstate close by can barely be heard once the room door is closed; I was pleasantly surprised. Long vehicle/truck parking, a Waffle House down the driveway, and Bojangles across the street... great location! Breakfast, wow... juices, coffee, whole & low fat milk, waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, and all of it in a super cozy and comfy lobby.

Pool closed (covid) and wifi (Century Link) are the only two things that I had concerns over, but fully understandable and didn't detract from my pleasant stay or my rating.

Good location, comfortable and clean room. Was able to park near our room. Nicely decorated comfortable lobby. Breakfast looked good though we didn't stay long enough to try it out.

Not a huge fan of outside access rooms. Also no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor traveling with a lot of stuff and a child.
