The room was very good and spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was a great option, clean and much various than I was expected. All staff were very kind. The locations is perfect, particularly for who likes both beach and the riverside, the hotel is exactly in the middle of those places and there are groceries store in the surround area.

The bathroom on our room was clean to use, but it needs a deeply clean to look better and match with the comfort of the whole room and to the staff kindness.

The first shift crew was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Parking for handicap was good.

The lady on the second shift was not very friendly. Seem to not enjoy her job or really didn't want to be there. Had the switch room twice. Once, because of a leak from the bathroom upstairs, that was dripping on us while using the toilet. The second time was because the toilet was too low, and the bed was said to be queen. Well, those queen beds have got to be the smallest queen beds I have ever seen. Needed to have a little more choice for breakfast that people who have diabetes could eat.

Location in between Wrightsville Beach and beautiful and always growing Wilmington with wonderful new marina was great. Breakfast was very good for the very affordable price of the hotel. Room was clean, and the pillows were very soft, excellent for me.

Better version of maple syrup or its substitute would have been preferred. And several types of bagels on site, and not to walk to get them in the neighboring building, would have been preferred, but not much of a problem. Water in shower was not warm enough, should have been a bit hotter. Especially on the morning of March 31st.

My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here twice now, both times for a little more than a week, and will definitely book this hotel again.

The morning breakfast is very good with many choices such as waffles, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice, cocoa, etc...However, I must eat gluten free and the options for me were limited.

The room was perfect for two people and not badly priced at all. The shower was spot on at the end of a busy day. Good water pressure and spacious. The coffee was delicious and the staff was helpful when needed.

The faucet to the sink was too small so you could not wash your hands very well. We stayed on the pool side so it was fairly loud until about 10pm. We also had some loud guests beside us (not the hotels fault). Over all though, we had a pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable room, quiet, and I felt safe at all times. As a female traveling alone for business, that was of great importance to me. There were families with children there, but I only heard occasional noise from the pool, not unexpected and not enough to be a bother.

Wasn't able to use the computer, very slow. This was the only negative to my stay, and I was able to borrow a computer to take care of my needs.

i didn’t like how there wasn’t much options for the breakfast. There was no eggs no pancakes no hot chocolate or fruit . I wash there was more than just waffles

Staff was exceptionally accommodating to my request. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the shower head was terrible. Those need to be looked at and corrected. The bathroom fan did not do what it is intended to do. Price was higher than I expected but all in the area for the weekend were around the same. Trying to get onto the highway was a bit difficult at times. Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel breakfast items. We do prefer hot eggs, sausage, etc when we stay at hotels. The microwave breakfast sandwiches do not compare - actually had to throw them out. Only had a bagel the 2nd day. The associate at the breakfast set up was very sweet and tried to take care of everyone's needs.

I would’ve liked a hot breakfast, but that would mean hiring a chef and all the issues in dealing wca kitchen…perhaps the additional expense would make the Inn non-competitive…

I live in Wilmington and I am moving into a house that wasn't ready and I already gave my condo up. So I needed a few nights to relax. My first night checking in was pushed to 5pm by me because I was having moving van trouble. I finally arrived at 10pm and the front desk staff was very nice about it. The front desk persons name is Sarah. Sleep Inn didn't take my Chime card. I just closed up my bank account card. So I had to get my relative to pay with her card for me. Sarah was extremely helpful and very nice. I offered her a tip and she said they are not allowed to receive tips and I was very disappointed in that. But I love it there the breakfast is amazing. Hotel is clean. Has a very good vibe.
