Everything! Perfect! Spotless, quiet,quick check in. Stepped into a newly renovated room. Occasionally have stayed in other motels for slightly lower pricing but always disappointed and return here. I prefer the lower level rooms and they remember that preference. Mattress was perfect firmness for my arthritis. Woke up - no back pain! Have been staying there for years - always outstanding stay.

I've stayed here a couple times now and the room is a standard size, always clean and service has been great. Has a fridge and microwave. The back side is decently quiet, I've never stayed on top side. No elevators also but that isn't a problem for me.

While I like the back side rooms, parking isn't the greatest. I wish they had a little better breakfast for the money also but considering the area definitely not outrageously priced.

I really liked the atmosphere, nice clean facility from the office area to our room. I was leary as it was in a busy part of town on the main thorough fare, but to my surpise we heard nothing. I will be staying here again!

The Berlin Village Inn was centrally located to other parts of town-restaurants, shops, antique stores, as well as, close to other neighboring towns such as Millersburg & Sugarcreek. The room was clean and comfortable, and the value was exceptional. In addition, the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was my first stay in Berlin, OH. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Besides the parking lot being limited on spaces. There was nothing else I did not like.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. We arrived after dark so we didn't get a good look at the entire property, but there appeared to be a nice sitting area in the back of the property that would be nice to sit and relax after a day of shopping or exploring. The rooms were nice and very clean for the most part.

While the bathroom was very clean it was very small. The road noise could be an issue for those who are sensitive to truck traffic. Our friends carpet had big stains on it which looked like the floors needed a good scrub. All in all we would stay again in a pinch.

The room is nice and private (I liked the private entrance). It was spacious and had everything I needed. There are extra pillows available that I was very thankful for (I need extra because of an injury).

The receptionist that checked me in was all business and professional, but gave information almost too fast for me. I didn't eat breakfast because it was very diabetic unfriendly, which I'm not diabetic but do try to watch my sugar and carbs, especially in the morning. The bathroom is a bit small, so I was glad I was by myself.

Perfect location. Rooms are clean comfortable have a little mini fridge.

When staying on the lower level when you drive to the rooms, there were only three parking spaces for five rooms and you had to drive around the side of the building to find a spot so you could not see your car

The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. No frills, just a simple place to get a good night sleep.

The parking situation was a bit odd there were only 3 parking spots for a string of about 8 rooms. The rest of the parking was around the other side of the building.

I have to say the wall unit could have been better. I found it noisy, and the thermostat appeared to have a very limited sensitivity to the room's temperature. If I had to guess, it is either old or perhaps builder grade. I could deal with it, but it would have been a concern if I had brought my wife with me.

For an older style motel I was favorably impressed. We stayed at a big name motel the night before and the accommodations at Berlin Village inn were cleaner and more spacious.

The dining area was small and food choices were limited. Since the dining area was full we made the best of the situation by taking our food back to our room so we could sit at a table.
