Individual breakfast ordering service in morning vs a buffet. Was nice to place an individual/personal order for morning breakfast (6:30a - 9:30a) but during the morning rush service with only one Server the ordering would back up creating a long wait of guests to place & receive their orders. But once served food was good. The room was sufficient and the beds comfortable.

There was no daily maid service to refreshen your room - replace towels or to remove the trash. we were told to put trash in the hallway. I felt that to be unsightly and inconvenient. We could request maid service after the 3rd day of the stay. For the price of a room, I expected to receive daily maid service.

Location. Comfortable room

TV did not work. We called the front desk and retold to turn it on and off several times. This did not help called again and we did not receive an answer from the desk. As one of us was already in the shower, we did not want to change the rooms. There was no written instruction sheets anywhere in the room. We did not know where the ice machine was located. We did not see a menu for the made to order breakfast. We tried looking online, using the hotel code, however, we did not find the information we needed. After 10 PM, we just decided to go to bed and let them to know in the morning. 

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the king room was nice. The bathroom was also clean and nice.

The shower was a bit weird - it’s only halfway covered by glass with no curtain or other door so it kind of just sprayed water everywhere… otherwise it was nice. It is a bit expensive. And the pool was constantly busy with no adult hours. So even if we went down there at 9PM (pool closes at 10), there were always kids down there.

The location is convenient and the hotel is newer.

The heater is extremely loud and no matter how warm we tried making it, it was always around 68 in the room. There’s no ventilation in the restroom. And there are weird cut outs on the end tables next to each side of the bed. I’m assuming that maybe they are for garbage cans to be placed under? Well my glasses fell through one of the cut outs in the table (so of course I had to retrieve them) and A) it was extremely hard to access them as my hand is too big for the cut out and there isn’t just a cabinet under to open and access this. And B) once I was able to shine a light down there and grab them, I noticed that this hole has been used as a trash can previously (it’s full of food wrappers/dirty tissues) and they were not ours :/

As per our room booking, breakfast was included, however on some days same was charged and on some days it was served free but with restrictions (for 4 people, 2 sandwich,es and 2 coffee).

All staff should aware of the property policies in common. Some of the staff were not able to clear our doubts about the property policies or inclusions in the room. No cleaning in the room was done for 9 days of stay.

This property is so clean!!! Staff was very helpful and answered our questions about the area and hotel. Room was large and had all the amenities we could want. I had to do some work and print some items out and the office area downstairs was excellent. Bad weather was brewing so we ate what the hotel offered and it was fantastic. Soup and flatbread was priced fairly and the staff member taking orders from so many (lots of guests decided to stay in) was efficient, friendly, and had all the orders prepared and distributed timely and without issue. Property is located by many restaurants and stores and convenient to the arena where my son attended a concert he found out about from the front desk. Seamless from check in to check out.

Disliked nothing.

Clean, comfortable beds. The bathroom was nicely thought out. TV and other electronics were up to date.

Our main complaint is that the coffee maker in the room was missing a part. The staff member said "oh, I'll get you a new one." By the time she found one, we were ready to leave. There was coffee in the lobby but at a charge. I think she should have offered us a complimentary coffee under the circumstances.

Parking was locatable and available upon arrival. I was greeted for both an easy check-in and check-out. I want to mention that while I hardly used the television in my room during my stay, it was a nice touch to see a personalized welcome with my name on the screen! The temperature of my room was comfortable and quick to warm/cool as needed. The facilities were clean as well. I appreciated that my room was at the end of the hall - it was mostly quiet. Lastly, all staff I encountered were very nice.

The location was easy to find, parking was super easy and the staff was very friendly. Check in/out was simple and quick, and it was definitely a good value for the price.

I know there are staffing shortages, but there were big things missed in regards to cleaning the room when we first arrived. The body lotion was used, the toilet paper roll on the hook was not new, and there was still trash left in the garbage can.
