Conveniently located near the interstate. Good breakfast selections. Comfortable.

A large group of people (looked like a softball team) was allowed to congregate in the lobby for hours. They were unmasked and drinking. This was uncomfortable for us as we had to maneuver our way through the crowd as we went in and out. The conference room would have been better suited for them.

Considering the very good breakfast restaurants around this location, I would rate IHG as poor. One of the breakfast days was without meat. I just cannot imagine any hot breakfast buffet serving any meat. Your breakfast manager on location saved the morning for us. When I complained about it, he went and prepared bacon for for us. Front desk person was AMAZINGLY Helpful! We had some last minute changes and she was wonderful to deal with! I wish I would have asked her name. It was on our arrival date in the afternoon if you want to give her some kudos! We will definitely stay there again! It will be our GO TO Hotel in Toledo for business and pleasure!

Loved this location - no complaints!

My stay was almost perfect! I’m a swimmer! I went to the pool at 9:30 am. It was closed and being cleaned due to a guest getting sick and throwing up in it. I felt that I could have been given an extension in my stay so that I could use the pool. That was a big factor in my selecting the hotel!!

I couldn’t swim! That was the reason I stayed in that hotel!

Ideal location, near the freeway interchange, away from the road, so it was quiet. It's a newer building so everything is in very good condition. Comfortable bed, good mattress. Lots of restaurants and places nearby. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, the food was hot and there was a nice variety.

Don't know of anything.

Close to my job quiet and comfortable

The property was very clean and welcoming. The staff cooking the breakfast was so personable. She was extremely nice and went above and beyond. The front desk staff were very nice as well.

The parking. Definitely should enforce having work trucks park in the back and not taking up 4 spaces

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was immaculate, large, with shades on the windows instead of drapes.

Staff member who checked me in was not very welcoming. Woman serving breakfast was not much better. When I apologized for getting in her way, she just gave me a disgusted look. I have to say that the two women at the desk in the morning were very friendly.

The location was excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. Also was right off the highway. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well lit, and the bedding was very clean and soft. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items to choose from. Overall a very good experience.

Nothing at all

Everything was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable room. Mini fridge. Microwave. beverage maker. Everything was exceptionally Clean! The Complimentary breakfast Had an array of hot food and everything imaginable. Even the parking was perfect! This is where we prefer to stay when we travel to Toledo and will recommend Holiday Inn to our friends!

Can't think of a thing we didn't like.
