Staff was kind. We traveled with a very large group and a lot of kids and Tamika allowed us to use the meeting room so we can all eat breakfast. She is hard working and was quick to meet our needs and any concerns we had she was quick to find an answer. She kept the trash empty and the dining area clean! She was AMAZING! The breakfast was plentiful and so delicious! Truly the best free hotel breakfast I've had. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the staff was so accommodating. Everything was clean and the pool was heated and clean and there were pool towels there for when my kids got out. Definitely will stay here every time we are in Toledo.

The room was very spacious for the cost. The rooms and the bathroom were both very clean. The bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that were all dove brand. I appreciated that because I accidentally forgot my shampoo and conditioner and usually dread using hotel brands. The breakfast had a good variety or hot and on the go options. Breakfast staff were fast and polite when refilling options and answering questions. We attended a concert at Huntington Center and it was only a 10 minute drive very convenient. There are two restaurants just across the parkinglot as well.

The location was central to many city activities. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was friendly.

I had to ask for some amenities that are usually standard at most hotels like pool access even with a key card and linens for pull out bed.

The hotel appeared new. It was very clean. The room we had (King size bed) was big. The shower was warm with a strong water flow. The bed was very comfortable. The items at breakfast was very good.

Ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. Very limited rooms on the first floor. Most of the first floor was offices, etc.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was also clean and maintained. Family had a great experience

The pool was closed, and the kids were looking forward to swimming. We did not know when booking that it would be closed, so that was disappointing.

Bright, cheery. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Dove products in bath.

We didn't see anything telling us no housekeeping service for less than three nights. It wasn't a problem. We got plenty of clean towels from housekeeping. It just would have been nice to be told.

Considering the very good breakfast restaurants around this location, I would rate IHG as poor. One of the breakfast days was without meat. I just cannot imagine any hot breakfast buffet serving any meat. Your breakfast manager on location saved the morning for us. When I complained about it, he went and prepared bacon for for us. Very helpful employees from front desk to those that work in the cleaning department. Getting my stuff in and out was easy as there was accessible doors, the other guests were quiet and nice as well. I felt welcomed and safe

The freezer/refrigerator barely worked. I bought a breakfast sandwich and the next morning it was nearly completely thawed

Location was great access to everything in less than 30 minutes. The facility was comfortable and clean. Parking was excellent with the door access.

Staff could have been friendlier. We came in very late and the receptionist seemed to be a bit frustrated. Breakfast also closed a bit early on at least 1 of the days.

Front desk person was AMAZINGLY Helpful! We had some last minute changes and she was wonderful to deal with! I wish I would have asked her name. It was on our arrival date in the afternoon if you want to give her some kudos! We will definitely stay there again! It will be our GO TO Hotel in Toledo for business and pleasure!
