We were vendors in the Toledo jeep show. The fact that our hotel was connected to the convention center was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, clean and very affordable considering that we were in the epicenter of the event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The beds were super comfortable and just overall it was a pleasurable stay.

Downtown Toledo reminded us a lot of home in Baltimore City. While we could tell they are begining to build up the area it was very sketchy in some parts and for the money we paid for the room we would have expected the area to be a little nicer.

I did not care for being told and hearing the staff tell guests that the continental breakfast is not free. The continental breakfast is located in the restaurant. If you stay there throught Booking.com you will need to tell the front desk your stay incledes breakfast so they give you a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant. They did act like you were supposed to not participate in the continental breakfast. The food was good, but we literally heard the staff telling guests the continental breakfast is not free and they can purchase breakfast. Either this is another money grab at this property, or someone is not training them properly that continental breakfasts are free at 99% of all other hotels.

The valet (car valet) service was awful. Extremely slow. They seem to be both disorganized and apathetic.

The hotel was very nice. Beautiful view. Very clean and the bed was very comforatble.

I pre paid breakfast and had a voucher. I gave it to the Napa resturant in the hotel. The waitress stated that they would bill me and then take it off my bill. When I checked out it was on my bill (I checked out early in the morning) and the front desk said they could not take it off that I would need to call. I called later in the day and spoke with account services and the young man said he would take care of it but Its been a week and I still do not have a credit on my statement for this. I gave the hotel a good rating because our stay was really nice but they need to honor their vouchers for breakfast. It is hassle for me to call and ask again for this refund to my card.

This hotel was modern and SPOTLESS. All the staff were so nice. Accommodated us an hour early in a quiet room. We had dinner at a local Irish pub within walking distance. Felt safe. View of the ball field like having a suite seat. The gym is outstanding.

Would have liked a sauna and breakfast included for the price. I would not recommend valet unless an event is going on. Parking is only $10 for 24 hours and the parking garage is connected to the hotel. It is not difficult to walk in. $25 for valet is steep. Glad we did not choose this option. It was accidental as the front valet entrance is not clearly marked and no attendant was visible.

The front desk lady text us asked us how our visit was doing throughout the visit the valet parking guys were very very nice and sweet the room was very clean very beautiful great view from the window from now on I'm staying at a Hilton no other Hotel.

I honestly cannot tell you anything I didn't like cuz I loved it all it was a beautiful hotel one of the best we've ever stayed in very impressed.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great shower pressure and nice view from the window. Did not hear other guests.

I didn’t like that I had to pay to park in the parking garage for the hotel. I wish there was a continental breakfast option besides the restaurant for being in a hurry.

Location for why we’re there was absolutely perfect! Toledo Jeep Fest. The decor of the hotel was beautiful. Liked all the different seating areas.

The elevator….BEEPING at every floor. Please turn that off. Nobody liked it! Parking, or lack of! The staff didn’t know iof any parking lots nearby that we could park.

Room was clean and personalized touches were nice. The view looking down at the stadium was amazing.

The room was a bit warm even with the air on the lowest setting. The view from the windows was great, but being on the 14th floor it also added some heat from the sun shining in. Could have been a little cooler.

I loved the room, very neat and clean, very nice shower! I love that there are big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap because little tiny bottles are never enough for my hair!

Breakfast options could have been better. It also didn’t really seem like there was staff checking to see if food was running out. My 2 coworkers and I had breakfast every morning, but there would not always be enough eggs for us.
