Just a good feeling and atmosphere. the chef was very helpful Day Shawn, cooked excellent bacon along with the rest of breakfast. plenty of restaurant's around location of Hotel. easy to get to of interstate.

don't hang your towel over shower door, for it will get caught in rollers. when we checked in the male staffer was very blasé. later that evening and morning very cordial. the k-cup coffee maker was a little hard work. you wouldn't think so.

Well the breakfasts cooks were slow and rude. No knives for 2 days.. had to spread butter with stir sticks on my toast in the morning. It took 40 min to get scrambled eggs and bacon! I don’t mind paying but not when service is slow. Also took 25 min to refill an empty coffee pot. Ladies were exceptionally rude and anyone who came 15 min before close was turned away. if it’s open until 10 it doesn’t mean “almost 10” If I was here with a family I would not have been happy.

The entire staff from the Reception Desk persons, the Kitchen Staff and the Hospitality Staff (Cleaning) all made it their purpose to say "Hello" and ask how we are doing? Our room was very good and convenient. The friendliness of all the Staff was exceptional and my wife and I were very happy and satisfied that we stayed at your Hilton Garden Inn in The Polaris Parkway area. We will stay here again in the future when we return to the Columbus, Ohio area. Oh yes, one more thing, our breakfast was excellent and the value was there. I would like to add that you having this kitchen area in The Lobby is so convenient. I do not think I could find a better breakfast anywhere. Thank you for this convenience.

The staff was awesome and took care of/addressed problems quickly. Location was good, it was a easy walking distance (or drive) to Wendy's and a Target.

The breakfast options; 5$ for cold breakfast, 8$ for hot breakfast, or 12$ for both. It could be worse, but also could be better.

Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They let us borrow a wheelchair during our stay. My daughter had surgery.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:05 am to clean the room. This woke my daughter, who had surgery the day before and didn't have a good night

Location, cleanliness friendly staff. The hotel has improved a great deal since COVID. Overall, very happy and will return!

It would be great to have more coffee supplies since there was no room service every day to replenish it.

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices, everything was fresh and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. The location is great! It is close to the mall and lots of restaurant options.

The spa tub was large enough to fit two people and the water was nice and hot. The TV in that area was a bonus but the jets in the spa tub didn't work. Our room needed to be cleaned. We found wrappers on the floor and crumbs in our bed. It wasn't terrible but not very clean. The pool and hot tub were not open, that was very disappointing.

Relatively quiet, great service, and staff are always willing to help.

Two things but are not a dealbreaker for me. 1. I kind of wished the bartender didn't drink with the patrons and is more knowledgeable about mixology. 2. Was hoping that the hot tub was open.

I love this property every time I stay it’s a delight .. the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is affordable. I had such a relaxing time 💋💋💋

We were told at check in that breakfast was available from 6 - 9 AM. We were not told that there was a cost and there was no information in the room that it was not complimentary. Communication up front would be best.
