The entrance was welcoming. The staff came immediately when we rang the bell. It took some time for her to complete the registration and I am not sure why. Could have been the computer. The room was pleasant. The bed had indentions and needed to be rotated or replaced. Everything was very quiet. We never heard neighbors or people above. The AC was quiet and worked quickly since it was off completely when we arrived. Large main issue, other than the bed, was breakfast. We arrived an hour before breakfast was to end. The breakfast room lacked supplies such as butter, honey, jelly and bread. No one was visible the entire time to tell or wipe down tables or counters. Biscuits were hard, dry and cold. We used the microwave to soften them. The gravy had the consistency of water and had large flour? lumps. The “heated” two sides of a warmer had cold scrambled eggs that were pieces to need a spoon to eat. La Quinta normally has sausage or something else. The warmer itself may not have worked. it was plugged in and turned on high but was not warm to touch. Finally chose a good muffin and Activia yogurt. Many people looked and left.

Perfect location from my son school.

I called the front desk the day of check out to ask for a late check out, the lady at the front had an attitude with me and told me they were busy, she hung up on me twice. Then when I was checking out she still had an attitude in person and wanted to argue with me, when I was simply telling her about her customer service and how she hung up on me twice. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said I am the manager! There’s no way she was the manager! I’m from California, and we stay at this hotel every time we come to Guthrie Oklahoma, it’s in a great location from my son’s school.My stay was nice until I had to deal with rudeness from the young lady in the front desk named Mercedes!!!

The location is great. Rooms were quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and plenty of electrical outlets to take care of business.

The breakfast was nothing special, bathrooms too small, and had to get our key cards redone twice (each time they had timed out). Landscaping is terrible with dead plants everywhere.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pet cost was reasonable.

The A/c was off in the room prior to coming in so it was very hot and humid. It did cool down well. The original room we were assigned to was dirty still missed being cleaned so they quickly switched us rooms no issues.

the front desk staff! they never acknowledged me. they said license and credit card. I handed them to them. I said here you go. got nothing. he handed them back I said thank you. and still nothing. he laid the room key down I said thank you still nothing. use your manners, sir!!!!!

Good location- handy to restaurants, downtown, and major roads.

There was a loud, persistent, intermittent buzzing that could be heard in the lobby AND upstairs in our room. it stopped around 5 pm every day, but would start up again the next morning. Very very annoying and irritating.

We were first given a room that wasn't cleaned yet. Normally it wouldn't have been a problem, but we had an extra long drive that day and were exhausted. So we were given a given another room - right by the pool! Once we called the front desk, it quieted down. Even though there were these hiccups, we finally got a good night's rest.

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and quiet. Beds are super comfortable, slept great!! The staff was friendly.

Our room was clean but could have used an air freshener. Bathroom could use an option for brighter lighting for make-up application.

Well located. Close to a number of dining options. Reception area was large and bright - a nice place to sit and visit and plan the day ahead. The rooms were bright and comfortable.

The first room they gave us wasn't cleaned. Had to get a different room. This room had a broken toilet handle which we reported. The breakfast was ok. It seemed like there was only one person to do front desk and breakfast so breakfast was not attended to very well. She was trying.
