The staff was over and beyond friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I liked how quickly I was placed in a room on first floor per my request. Very easy check in and out, I wish all hotels were as pleasant as this one. The air conditioning worked very well, which is normally the first thing I check.

I did not like that there was only one soap. We needed at least 2. The remote control batteries were low and not working well, so we could not change the television channel at all. Maybe make sure all the remotes work in the future. Also there was a light bulb out or not working, so the room was kind of dark, but it was no biggie.

The Norman, OK location has been and is still the most clean and comfortable Motel 6 I've ever encountered. I'm glad it's berm kept clean since it's opening.

My only complaint is them not having enough towels and washcloths. I'm not sure why they didn't have enough. We stayed for 4 nights and needed to replace linen and went numerous times to check if any towels and washcloths were available and the last couple of days they were not😡😡

Very clean, affordable, fridge and microwave in room, great for someone with asthma and allergies as is a clean new property, but they do allow pets and people smoke and prop open the side entrance door, they have vending and laundry but had no soap, thoroughly enjoyed my stay but be forewarned if you are a bath person the tub is quite small and ungainly to exit

The location was great with dining and shopping options nearby. As well as easy access to the freeway.

Had issues with room key card. Everyday I had to have mine programmed despite all precautions to keeping away from cell phones etc.

As always, exactly what we expect. Easy, comfy, cheap, and convenient. Lovely people working here every time.

It can be VERY noisy in the middle of the night if you need complete quiet so bring the ear plugs. I have only been to a couple of hotels that were not noisy though. This should not be a surprise to anyone.

Everything was great, from the front desk clerk to the bed I slept on. It is wonderful that you can have your pet with you. The morning coffee was even good, and I am picky about my coffee. I love they had a pet potty area.

There was nothing I didn't like

Convenience to Highway and from OU football stadium. Most of all, friendliness of staff.

The toilet flapper would not always close completely so at times it just kept running.

The service was just great - the 2 gentlemen running the establishment were kind, courteous and focused on providing a great guest experience - well done and thank you!

The cleanliness is outstanding. I've been in much more expensive hotels that were not as clean.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I have back problems also.

Employee was very nice and professional. Room was very clean.

Had trouble watching TV with the remote. The remote wouldn't change the channel. This is my only complaint.
