Lovely, big room. Great location.

Restaurant was being renovated - no indication of that being the case prior to arrival. We stayed on the 12th floor, with great views. It was a little odd that the ice machine was on the 3rd floor, necessitating an elevator ride to get ice.

Loved this hotel! The location, across from the Myriad Botanical Gardens (which is mostly outdoors and free), is fantastic. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant, Flint, was great. The front desk staff -- both checking in and checking out -- were fantastic. The front desk manager in the morning even profusely apologized for the breakfast experience at Flint (see below). The valet manager was also terrific! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast at Flint was not so great. It took 50 minutes to get our food. When we complained to the restaurant manager, she just kept saying 'ok' to our complaints. When we suggested that she apologize instead of say 'ok', she reluctantly did. In the end, they did comp the meal, but it was an underwhelming and frustrating experience.

Room Service was fast and good with the exception of the coffee. I'm sorry, but coffee in the morning is important and your coffee is weak and not hot. There were no croissants or muffins, but my husband's omelet was very good.

Your sheets, your pillows, your blankets. Sheets are not fitted on the bottom and the fabric leaves much to be desired. May I recommend bamboo sheets? The pillows were deflated and uncomfortable. The comforter in need of replacement. I have stayed at hotels from the Ritz to The Peninsula and one of the defining features was their bedding. If you can sink into bed after a hard day and wake feeling like you have been pampered with quality linens in the bed and bath, a quality mattress plus quality hot coffee, not weak, well, that individual will go into the work world and have had all that can be offered to make their visit a 10, not an 8.

The location is perfect if you're trying to look for something to do. You have a ice rink literally across the road, you have multiple eating locations, and if you want to get around quick there's plenty of electric scooters to use. OKC is recommended if you're looking for a weekend vacation.

The parking for valet was $28, I'm not use to that or normally go that route. The parking garage I used was on N Dewey Ave. a 7 minute walk from the hotel and was only $10. Like one or two stains were found, nothing dramatic but everything cant be perfect.

Excellent service, great food, and great location. Although understaffed, the staff provided excellent service. Very classy and modern at the same time. Very clean!

Location, walking distance to American Banjo Museum, Bricktown pubs, botanical gardens across the street. Historic building, first skyscraper in town, clean/nice.

A bit costly for parking, but the valets were good/fast. And the botanical gardens were not much to see (compared to Banjo Museum, which was fantastic).

Great location, few blocks from Bricktown. Nice, walkable area right across the street from Myriad Gardens. Very clean.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Many gardens and parks south of the hotel. Bricktown is 10 minute walk from hotel. The National Memorial and Museum is a 10 minute walk north of the hotel. Staff friendly at hotel bar as well. Rooms very nicely decorated.

No coffee pot in the room, although free coffee was available in the restaurant downstairs.
