I didn't like how the cleaning staff just walked in my room. 1st day she just walked in didn't knock 2nd day we was leaving the next cleaning staff knocked and just wall in at 9:40 check out time was not until 11.00

Location to Bricktown was awesome. Patio area is very cool. Nice place to hang out and have a drink. All the staff was very friendly and excellent service. Very clean. Parking garage so vehicle is covered. Food was good at restaurant/patio.

Bathroom was tight. Pool didn't open until 10am. All the pictures show a chair in the room (besides the desk chair), our room did not have an extra chair. Parking is 10 a day. But the day is not each 24hrs at hotel. The first time you park starts your first 24 hrs. If you leave next day and come back at 8am and don't leave again, that 8am is your next 24hrs. So if you check out at 10, you will pay extra. So leave and drive around the block or something. Ceiling is low in garage and drive up to 3rd floor tight. No microwave.

The location was GREAT! The staff was so kind, and accommodating. They really catered to the marathon crowd. The bed was super comfortable, and I ordered my own set of pillows.

The carpet in the room was heavily stained in some areas. The paint on the walls was chipped off in some areas, revealing the wallpaper that had previously been painted over. Some of the hallways really smelled. The air conditioner fan made a terrible noise on and off on the second night but thankfully stopped when I the fan to low. I DID alert the front desk to this but by then I was checking out. But I see that it is soon to undergo renovations and I bet this will help these small problems

We loved it all! Location is within the walking distance of all downtown attractions. Parking is adjacent to the building but connected through a bridge directly to the hotel; you get a 24 hr parking ticket for each night you spend there and it comes out to $10/night when you check out. Pet friendly (cats and dogs). Great breakfast buffet for it's value. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a great location. We walked to several interesting sites. I felt very safe there. The hotel was immaculate! I was very happy because I was there for a seminar that ended at 3pm. My flight home was at 5pm. I asked if they had a place I could store my luggage while I finished the seminar, because check out was noon. They gave me a late check out at no extra charge until 3pm! I was very happy!

The seminar rooms were a bit cold, but you find that everywhere, it seems. I just took a sweater. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included.

The staff was great to us. Very helpful anytime we needed anything. The valet team was great, they made us feel cared for as they remembered our names each time we went down. The Block 23 staff was also great to us, very kind and quick with service. We had a great stay here!

The bathroom was not very big, but I imagine that if we had gotten the suite it would have been a better size.

Close to Bricktown, walking distance from lots of places we wanted to be, 2 bars on property

Two things. the parking situation was less than ideal. the elevators from the parking garage were nasty and were in desperate need of attention. the walkway from the garage to the hotel was either blazing hot or freezing cold and smelled awful. Secondly, the shower amenities were less than pleasing (shampoo, conditioner and soap not good quality), and the shower height was built for people smaller than 5’ tall

Loved the breakfast - had eggs and bacon and the server was wonderful and brought me juice and hot coffee! I tipped her $10$

This is not a complaint, I just did not know that I was parking in the city owned garage. I paid $10 when I left the garage and I was parked on the 3rd FL that had a door into the Sheraton where the elevator was, so I could go downstairs. It all worked out.

Food ordered for breakfast was almost cold; not even luke warm; must have sit on the ready shelf too long. Could have got the same items off the buffet and they would have been much warmer.

Perfect location- we walked to the Paycom Center and Bricktown. Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The parking situation was easy and it was nice to have an attached walkway straight to the hotel.
