Breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location was great. Everything we needed could be found close by. The hotel isn’t far from the airport and is close to many food and shopping options.

I was very impressed about the security here. No one allowed even to the lobby without a card Security guard on duty walking the whole property from 7:00pm to 7:00 am. Everything was wonderful very clean nice room and staff were very friendly. Breakfast area and the breakfast served was good and I didn’t see until we checked out they have room service but also located close to some really good restaurants and shopping.

Close to interstate so was kinda noisy and some type of facility with a emergency room next to the hotel so heard a lot emergency vehicles

Great room. Great service! Wilson was exceptional in helping up solve a problem with our reservation.

The only complaint I had was that there was mold in the shower. We were in Room 118. The rest of the place was very clean.

At checkin, the male front desk clerk was super friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Valet/luggage carts were readily available.

At checkout I requested a printed receipt, yet the female front desk clerk absolutely refused to print one because I booked through Bookings.

Great for a family. The room was spacious, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave was really convenient for staying with smaller children. I especially like the front is key entry only. We felt very safe staying there. The whole place was VERY CLEAN! Great hot breakfast. The staff was very nice and very nice to the kids. We will make this our preferred place to stay where ever we travel.

Great location, easy to get to off of 40. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable.

Having to have a key just to enter the front door. The front desk agent was a little stiff when I checked in. The lady at check out in the morning was very friendly. Also overall the place was too hot. Felt too far from any place that I wanted to go. Also it was a nice hotel that felt like it was in the middle of and industrial park.

The hotel itself was really nice. Room was spacious and clean. No issues with parking. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Not on the property, but all around seemed like a lot of maybe homeless people walking around. It was very dark at night. Have to be careful not to hit somebody while driving.

THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND IT WAS REALLY QUIET.

THE PULL OUT COUCH COULD BE A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE AND NOT AS SWEAKY.

Comfortable beds. A/C worked great. Room darkening shades totally blacked out the room. Rooms were very well insulated against outside noise.
