Really good breakfast, clean new room, comfortable bed, that is expected from Hampton by default.

There was no freezer in the fridge. We had to leave coolants for a travel cooler in the freezer on the reception. Next morning staff was hardly able to find it that made me worried it was lost. It seems that the process of communication between shifts works not well. There was no water tap in the shower cabin, only shower without a hose. It was very inconvenient to wash a child.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no booking.com confirmation at the hotel when I checked in. They also couldn't help me figure out the problem but just to call booking.com. I couldn't call because i had a confirmation but no pin???

The location of the hotel was great as was near plenty of restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The pillows were somewhat small and a bit uncomfortable.

This property fit our needs perfectly..clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient. It wasn’t Hampton’s advertisement … but it fits: “the best surprise was no surprise”!

My parents stayed there, they are elderly people. The hotel receptionist arranged accommodation very conveniently and very well. She also went to the room to help adjust the air conditioning temperature and fan. Sincere thanks for the high quality service.
