This property was a breath of fresh air after some questionable hotel stays on our trip from Dallas TX to Washington. a nice area, plenty of parking, friendly staff and clean establishment. I was greeted with a smile and goodie bags for our two dogs. our room was impeccably clean, everything worked and was updated. the shower pressure and water temperature was fantastic, and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. breakfast had lots of decent options and there is a dog potty station in the back by the pool. we would have stayed another night if there was more for us to do in grants pass, but we had to hit the road in the morning.

the one request is for rooms to have dark curtains that draw all the way across the windows. our room had see through curtains that open and close over the windows, and panels of blackout shades that only cover half of each window and have no rail to extend them to the other side of the window.

Everything from receptions friendly polite + very helpful people great rooms + breakfast + all facilities in room + very comfortable beds 100% satisfaction as far as we were concerned we also stayed with you last year when comming from Scotland infact I've already been online + were booked to stay with you for 8 nights from Wed 26th of June till Thurs 4th July thats how much we love your hotel

Nothing apart from heavy bathroom doors

Amazing breakfast and amenities. Staff was very kind and friendly, absolutely loved the pool. So close to everything in Grants Pass too, really nice!!

Just a few slightly dirty things in the room, weird sticky spot on the floor (had to put a washcloth over it) and some hairs and such in the bathroom. Overall really nice though.

The motel is new and very clean. Staff was okay in trying to be interested in their duties, but in reality they were killing time. Beds are very comfortable. Definitely preferred the walk in shower on our previous stay compared to the tub/shower. Convenient location for one night.

Please get rid of the rolling barn door to the bathroom: heavy, slow to close, bangs if closed to quickly, and does not block out sounds. Need a spa. Need a steam room. Need a sauna.

We liked the room, the cleanliness. The staff were all friendly, kind and helpful from the clerk to the food service to the maids. The entire facility was clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay

The only complaint I could have is that the pool was too cold to enjoy, it would be nice to be heated during colder seasons or add a jacuzzi.

This place has phenomenal breakfast!! The location was perfect, this town is so cute and I had never heard of it, an in and out restaurant shares the drive way so easy to grab food, the rooms are great with wonderful toiletries, love love this place!!!

Staff very friendly, helpful, and seemed to like working there very much. Very clean, well laid out room with many small extras that made the stay more pleasant.

The hot breakfast could have been a little more extensive, but I'm a big breakfast eater so possibly that's just a personal thing.

The breakfast was good. The facilities were very nice. Didn't use the pool, though it looked inviting. The exercise room was very good.

I couldn't get connected to the internet, even though the front desk clerk tried really hard to get me connected. I thought maybe it was my laptop, but when I arrived home, our modem and laptop enjoyed a quick reunion.

The property was clean, beds and sheets were comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had!

The pool is small and the tile around the pool is super slippery!

very clean and spacious room. even though it is close to the highway there was no issues with the noise. breakfast had many options and had a long enough duration so we were not rushed. the facility looked new and very clean.
